Location is perfect: facing Namgang River, very close to Jinju Fortress by foot, to Jinju market and old city facilities.

Junior suite is very good. Beds are very comfortable and the room temperature is just right.

We looked at a lot of hotels before choosing this one. One high point is that it is well within walking distance to the riverside trails, fortress ("castle"), Central Market, and intercity bus terminal. When we got there, we found it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It's at the intersection of two high-traffic roads, but we heard none of that type of noise in our 6th-floor room (floors 1 to 3 are not for guests - lobby, wedding hall, etc.).

We had a room overlooking the river on the 6th floor on the west side of the hotel - nice! The AC and lighting system is a little confusing, but we rested well at night and between trips to the restaurants and attractions.

Breakfast was once a buffet, but during COVID days, it's served at the table. It's pretty large - Western-style - fried eggs a little bacon and sausage, a croissant and some bread and rolls, etc. We were never able to finish it all.

Well-located and quiet (during the week. Not sure about weekends)

There are many motels around but this hotel is desent for business traveller. River view is nice but angle not good. Near to one old palace

This is my second time staying at the hotel and my only reason for staying is because they have a nice gym downstairs. But due to covid, they closed the gym To begin with, i had a reservation that was cheaper than the hotels price but they still charged me full price. They were able to refund me and charge me the online priceThe room was bad. The hotel uses central ac/heat, which is very rare for a hotel in Korea. My room was very hot so it was miserable sleeping there. They gave me a small fan but it didn’t offer much except for blowing warm air. You’re wondering why i didn’t open the window? I did! But the hotel is next to the water and if you open the window, mosquitos will engulf your room. That wasn’t the worse partThe room was very nasty! On several occasions i found both male and female hair in the bed, in the couch, in the bathroom, in the sink and on my pillow. Unacceptable!! There were also toenail clippings all over the floor. The mirrors were all smudged and not clear/cleaned properly. Besides that, the hotel is in a good location, when the gym is opens it’s very nice and there’s a restaurant on the 9th floor. Overall, i wouldn’t recommend this property

Our visit was Oct 2019 & the hotel was excellent - despite other reviews. We certainly had a very well presented, clean & comfortable room - which was number 514 (for future visitors) The reception staff were friendly when asked questions & tried to help, despite some not understanding our English - but I don't speak Korean!!
The room was large with a double bed, crisp, clean white linen & thick duvet (not needed in Oct but very comfortable) The room has TV, fridge, kettle, air con, bottled water is provided. The bathroom has a japanese style toilet, an open shower, toiletries are provided.
The hotel is right on the Namgang River & easy access to the intercity bus station, shops, restaurants & attractions. 

Excellent hotel in great location 

River view and recent remodeling make it best choice, sauna is great.

I read the other reviews and I presume they were written before the renovations were complete. We had a room on the 7th floor and it was impeccable, very modern, very well kept, lots of marble: separate toilet and shower unlike the next 5-star hotel in Seoul. Very comfortable beds and pillows, nice furniture, great view of the river. Restaurant is nice but closed except for events: we had one and it was simply wonderful. Only 2 comments: breakfast too primitive for foreigners and complete lack of English at front desk « during some shifts »: No way of telling us where to walk or eat. I would stay there again any time.

The hotel is situated in a picturesque location on the banks of the river, near the mountain. The main attraction of the city of Gengju - the old fortress - is a 15-minute walk along the beautiful waterfront. Very close to the hotel is the bus station, from which you can take an intercity bus. Not far away, on the opposite bank of the river, is the business center of the city. The hotel is located in a large modern building. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The price for most rooms includes breakfast, very good, with European and Korean dishes. There is also a cafe - coffee and delicious food.
