We stayed in a double room with en suite for 2 nights and it was brilliant value for money. The apartments are a 15 minute stroll from the edge of the lake, surrounded by green fields and the mountain backdrop. We found the owner to be really helpful and welcoming, even with little things like leaving umbrellas out for people on the night it rained. 

The only negative is that some of the things in the room were a little out-dated such as the TV, but the facilities were good and all working. This wasn't a problem for us because there are very few reasons to stay inside when visiting Lake Bled!

Stayed here for 9 nights as a base to explore the area and beyond. There are three apartments all on the first floor (the owners occupy the ground floor) and we had the one at the front with a large balcony and view of Bled castle. The accommodation comprises a lounge/dining/ kitchen area with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and kettle,  bedroom with double bed and a very good shower room. There is a large wardrobe, a settee and flat screen TV in the lounge which also had an effective air con unit. On the balcony there is a small table and 4 chairs.
Some upgrading is needed with several small gaps in the wooden floor and defective blinds on the balcony doors. Some of the kitchen units and one of the wardrobes are rather basic. Wifi reception was excellent.
The apartment is situated in a quiet area with parking at the front. It is conveniently located for a bakers shop, restaurants, two supermarkets, the post office and also the bus stop on the main road. It is about 15-20 minutes walk to the lake. There was an issue about the local tax which booking.com said was included but the owners said it was more than shown. We decided to pay the extra as we did not want to fall out with the owners who spoke English and were very pleasant and in view of the excellent value ( about 58euros per night).
We used the apartment as a base to explore Lakes Bled & Bohinj, the gorge, local towns etc and also took the bus to Ljubljana and drove to the famous caves at Postojna. We also went on the heritage railway line which runs through Bled.

When we first got to our apartment, we weren't sure whether we would like it or not, but ended up really enjoying our stay.  We had an apartment on the top floor with a large balcony.  It was very comfortable for my mom, two kids, and I.  The apartment itself was very clean, but the stairway leading up to it was somewhat cluttered (ultimately not that big of a deal).  Within 10-15 minutes you could reach the lake, and there was a delicious bakery about a 5 minute walk away where we had breakfast every morning (there is also a grocery store there too).  For the price and location, it was great!

We stayed here for 5 nights. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the owner who was very friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. 

The property is located on a road just off the main road away from the main rush of visitors to the lake which was ideal. Our apartment faced the rear and we had a lovely view of sprawling green fields and mountains. It is within walking distance of a lovely bakery, supermarket and the lake itself with its shops and restaurants.

The apartment itself is badly in need of a refurb. On several occasions I've opened the door to the balcony only to have a blind come crashing down where it's hit the wall. The shower head did not have a clamp so we either had to hold the shower head or balance it precariously in order to have a hands free shower! The shower shelf was also wobbly. The furniture was also very basic and the beds a tad creaky!

That being said, it was a good base to explore Lake Bled and the surrounding area. It really is a place with a lot of potential. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, room needs some TLC

The apartment was fine, but we booked 2 bedrooms, with two bathrooms and got a one bedroom, 1 bathroom flat with a sofa bed in the lounge area.  We were very disappointed but made do.  The location was adequate, but a bit convoluted to get to.
