Luthan Hotel & Spa

This is one of the best hotel I have thus far stayed in in terms of comfort and service provided. The women only hotel caters to the needs of a woman traveller or one that decides to stay there for leisure. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with an ample bathroom (bathtub and shower). There is an oil diffuser in the bathroom making it a very relaxing space. It is lit every evening. The bed was very comfortable and there were bedside tables, armchairs and a desk in the room. There is a kettle and complimentary tea. Water is complimentary and offered on a daily basis. There was a complimentary fruit basket in my room. There is a safety deposit to store any valuables. There is a mini bar with juices and some confectionery is available for purchase. There is cable TV too. Upon arrival, one is offered a complimentary foot soak in the room and a 10 minute neck and shoulder massage. Both treatments are a bliss. There is gym and spa, both are of utmost quality. I did not have any spa treatments but the list is long and reasonably priced. Room service is available and there is decent food on offer. There is a stunning top floor restaurant that has beautiful views and an amazing atmosphere. The menu is extensive, although it is mostly European dishes that are there. The mains are about SAR 100-200. Breakfast starts from around SAR 50 and the mostly costly option will set one back SAR 120. The is a lot of space in the hotel for relaxation-halls have sofas and desks with magazines. Airport pickup service costs SAR110 and takes about 30 minutes. Diplomatic quartet is a 10 min drive away. The hotel provided and abaya for me - thank you. Hotel staff deserve praise. Everyone was super helpful, smiling, attentive and courteous. Well done for doing a great job, even if the English language of some was limited. A fantastic stay.
