I stayed here for 2 weeks for business purposes. there are only 1 bedroom and another is living room. 1 bathroom and 1 toilet near the living room. washing machine and dryer is provided. cooking is allowed and works fine. 2 tv, 1 in living room and another is in bed. there are a lot of TV channel to watch. no list of channel so need to memorise the channel number. breakfast is provided but very basic. location is good. to the city with taxi will cost average SAR15. there are alot of restaurants nearby. so food wouldnt be a problem. sundry shop and ATM is also in walking distance. The only problem staying here is most taxis might not know the location. hence you need to be able to guide the taxi and know the landmark nearby the apartment. the staff are nice. and taxi is easily available from nearby hotel. internet is also provided free. one of the cons when staying here is the toilets floor is not even. so sometimes the water will flowing outside the door to the kitchen. need to prepare rubber broom inside the toilet. i
