Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 15:00 - 22:00. Before arrival, guests must contact the property to receive instructions for check-in between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM by phone, indicated in the booking confirmation. Check-in after 10:00 PM is only possible with prior instructions.
Guests are charged an additional cleaning fee of RUB 4000.00.
Guests are required to check-in online and present a valid ID in order to receive the apartment access code. The apartments do not provide items for personal use, such as shampoo, conditioner, creams, toothbrushes, as well as any food.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor, there is no elevator in the building.
It is strictly forbidden to throw anything down the toilet other than toilet paper in the apartments. There is a penalty in the amount of RUB 10000.00 for non-compliance with this rule, which covers the call and work of the plumber and is deducted from the guests. |
