At the private house

Guests are offered accommodation in an octagonal three-story house: the middle floor features a kitchen-living room, the upper floor has three separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and the lower floor includes one bedroom with a private bathroom and a tea area. The rooftop of the house has a viewing deck with panoramic views of the city’s closest volcanoes—Koryaksky, Avachinsky, and Kozelsky—as well as the more distant Vilyuchinsky, Mutnovsky, and Gorely volcanoes located across Avacha Bay. Guests can also relax in front of a wood-burning fireplace.

The yard is planted with pine trees and provides several recreation areas: benches, a hammock, and a gazebo.

There is free parking available for guests who prefer to travel by car on their own.

The house is suitable for couples, families with children over seven years old, and independent groups of up to 10 travelers.
