For citizens of the Russian Federation: international passports and driver's licenses are not accepted. For children under 14, a birth certificate is required. The staff was rude, lady who worked there showed a very racist behaviour towards us we were students we had our flight in next 2 days! Lady who worked there her behaviour was unacceptable
