Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. From July to November 2025, inclusive, the outdoor 50-meter pool will be closed for maintenance. Deadlines can be adjusted. During this time, alternative pools will be available on site.:
— indoor swimming pool of building "A" (08:00-20:00);
— outdoor swimming pool of building "B" (09:00-20:30);
— indoor swimming pool of building "C" (07:30-23:30).
The work is carried out as part of routine maintenance to maintain established quality and safety standards. After completion of the work, the pool will be available for year-round use.
Guests should check the cost of parking, transfer and extra bed at the hotel.
The resort fee is charged from the second night of stay.
It is possible to provide one extra bed in the room (for an adult or a child from 5 to 11 years old inclusive). The cost is calculated individually upon request at the hotel.
Parking services at the resort for hotel guests are provided on a paid basis. Parking is provided in a multi-level parking lot next to the Grand Hotel Polyana Group of Companies. You can return to the hotel on foot or by using an electric car. Depending on the season, a shuttle runs.
