Not a good apart hotel to stay in . Although the complex is very very large and consists of several complexes , it has major issues . One of em being the check in process . It located in a middle complex , has big cues for check in and check out . Buildings have severe moisture , fungus damage. Rooms are very humbly decorated and are worm out , we have changed rooms but same problem .they are in a terrible state . There are management issues ,  if you call to be picked up or any other issues you might have the bell boy or management are hardly available . Prices are sky high during skiing season . Apart from a proximity to the ski lifts , this complex is to be avoided . Although not the worst stay but far far from a good one .

Worn out and overbooked

I stayed in Gorki apartments 3 times and visited friends in other apartments few more times. What you get in these apartments is pure lottery that ranges from spacious nice apartments to small dirty apartments where some items are not working. You can only know what you get at reception. Note that reception at 560m serves several hundreds of apartments and lines are sometimes awful. Staff is not really helping you, they don't care at reception and everywhere else.

If you need something in the room, i.e. extra bed that you've booked in advance, you need to continuously call reception and all other service numbers that you can find. We waited for extra bed 2 hours after arrival (we arrived at midnight). BTW extra bed is only for kids, it is short.

There is hardly enough plates/cups in the kitchen.

The best thing about apartments is proximity to lifts.

What you're getting is a lottery

We spent there 3 nights in November, the price was more than reasonable, just 860 robles per night! the location is very good, the apartments are clean and spacious. I'm going to spend my next vacation with my family there!  

Surprisingly good!

When you look at the photos on the apartments website and when you come and watch live, it's not just a huge difference between the photo and the reality, we came here at 22 hours, we were asked to wait for an extra hour, because each room was not ready. And the fact that we were 6 girls and we lived in three-bedroom apartments. The only plus is that there was a huge amount of space and no one was bothering, there were quite a couple of hundred diesel units. And that's the plus. The unpleasant surprises started when we settled down.

The condition of the apartments leaves a wish for the best

I don 't know why the hotel managers don 't keep track of the rooms, the mirrors in the rooms hanging on the slopes, the shower buttons in the shower are all falling off, the dust in the rooms when they came in was standing on the wall, in the hallway dirt as if the room wasn 't cleaned, they just mixed up the towels and laundry and all the dirty stuff, the shelves are dirty stuffed, the balconies are dirty too, all in the hair, the broken back of the chair, broken in the hanging cabinet, the nights can 't sleep because of the pub windows the music plays until the end of the day when the managers would have to do the conversion of the apartments, change at least the curtains and fix everything that was not so hard to do

The terrible condition of the apartments

We had a huge apartment. We ordered a room with one bedroom. We were both very spacious. The kitchen is large with everything we needed. The living room is comfortable. The bedroom overlooks the mountains. Two bathrooms. From the morning on the music on the street was uplifting the mood. Lots of coffee for every taste and wallet... MINUSS: No double beds. Two single beds. Moving around constantly. There is no trail for beginners. The green trail is very steep. They almost broke their legs.

The rooms here are comfortable and cozy, and there's unreal mold in the bathrooms, so you have to get rid of it and deal with it, it's the health of your guests, you can't be so careless about what's going on, you have to watch everywhere and always if you're saying so loudly about yourself!

There's something to work on.

The first time we stayed in the apartments was in 2017, we booked right then, and we were disappointed. Now we booked through the Biblioblobe - and all the same result. The windows in the room are unregulated, the wind is blowing, it's noisy, the glass on the balcony is broken and scotch-fixed. It feels like you're on the street.

Nothing's changed in a year.

We were booked for three months. We stayed in July for 10 days. We started reading negative reviews on the internet (including here) and we were expecting a very clean room with broken furniture, electricity and plumbing that didn't work. But nothing like this happened! We settled in 15 minutes. From the reception to our arrival we were taken with suitcases in an electric car.

I want to come back here and live here even better.)
