InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa, an IHG Hotel

This was our first time in Doha and first time staying at an IHG hotel and our 9 night stay did not disappoint. The service has been great. Everyone in the coral restaurant at breakfast time has been so lovely and attentive to our needs, especially Adil & Masum. The 2 ladies on coral reception for breakfast were also lovely on a daily basis and remembered our names before we even mentioned them. This finer detail does not go unnoticed. Also we stayed whilst the hotel was at full capacity and there was always lifts readily available and the hotel never felt cramped. Always sun loungers available on the beach and by the pool. The resort is very child friendly, our toddlers enjoyed every aspect of the indoor activity room, the outdoor play area, the kiddy pool and the beach! They really had the best time. Our housekeeper Rashed, is an asset to your company. He greeted us everyday with a smile and ensured that our suite was kept clean to high standard every single day. With two toddlers, they would leave their toys and activities scattered around but it was the nicest feeling to come back from a busy day out with the family to a lovely clean room, with all the toys put away and then lovely little towel animals to surprise the kids. He really did go above and beyond for us. Also I would like to mention, we moved rooms to a suite after a few days out of choice for space for our kids to play, and in our initial room, we left a real gold jewellery set by accident in the safe and did not even realise we had. Then to our surprise after coming back to our new room after a long day out, our jewellery was safely placed in our room for us to see upon arrival. The honesty of the staff has to be commended as that may not have happened elsewhere. Thank you so much to your employee that returned it safely. We would definitely stay here again, great staff, great hotel, great food, great for kids!
