Very quiet and walkable to dining and coffee shops. Easy to get to.

The property itself is great, modern and clean, well decorated.I needed assistance and the property management agent was helpful and friendly. Wonderful customer service.The routing on the GPS brought us through multiple low rent apartment neighborhood and a lot across from the property which was overgrown with weeds and dilapidated buildings.However I did not feel unsafe, the security was very good.A block away is a very nice upscale condo neighborhood with convenient stores and restaurants.I would stay here again.

the place was very clean! the property management were really nice. BUT the room was small, the walls were paper thin you could hear everything. If you want convenience that's the spot to sleep and then get out for the day.

Great little room with everything you need but others occupants were loud throughout the whol late hours. Disrupting our sleep.

I liked that the property was fairly quiet. It also seemed quite safe because there's a good lock system. But you can hear people in the room next to you. And there's a lot of traffic in the area. But the beach is 5 minutes walking distance which is really nice.

A  residential building is being rehabbed across the street. I hope it doesn’t affect the area. Fingers crossed.

My husband and I were very happy with our room. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and had everything we needed. We liked the communal area with extras that people may have forgotten (sunblock, lotions etc. ). Check in was easy and lots of restaurants in the area. Close to airport.

A great place to stay. The neighborhood around wasn't the greatest. The Bristol Cafe on the corner is an amazing place for breakfast.

We were looking for a place for one night close to the airport since we were heading to Rincon the next morning. Very cute boutique Hotel, clean, easy check in-check out, and parking on site. It is exactly as it was described, modern and spotless. The room was small but comfortable. It is a perfect distance from the beach, restaurants, the airport and excursions. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting San Juan or Isla Verde.

The room was very small but had all of the amenities that a guest needs.  There were even drinks provided in the mini refrigerator.  The check in was smooth.  There is parking directly in front of the property which was convenient.  The area around the property was a bit run down but did not feel unsafe to walk to the beach during the day.

Upon dropping us off at the location, we were very skeptical (outside looked shappby). But the inside is very well kept and cleaned . It was very modern and updated. I wished I have stayed there the day before my cruise as well. We only stayed a couples of hours until flight time but will definitely stay there again in the future.

This hotel was a hidden gem. Everything was on point. The communication, the staff, the cleanliness, the bed ( oh my goodness, I thought that I was in my own bed), the pool areas, fresh coffee all day, just everything. Would most definitely stay there again and also recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a beautiful relaxing stay.

The property was very clean, and the area was quiet. There were nearby stores to go to such as a coffee shop that was like 3-5 mins walk. The rooms were clean, and the staff were accommodating. The only thing was that the water pressure in the showers were a little weak. Contacting the staff was easy and someone was available to speak to you. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay at the property.

The customer service was phenomenal and they were great at explaining everything and answering even though we never really were in person with hotelStaff. There are 2 properties we wish we would’ve known but our property was nice and private.Our least favorite thing was the bathroom but otherwise everything else was great.

I liked all the updates that were done to the property to make it look modern, but the area smelled gross and they did not provide enough towels or new linens. We stayed for 5 nights and requested more items, but did not hear from the property staff.

Nice hotel. Clean large and spacious room. Close to airport. We were a little nervous driving through the neighborhood to get here, but once inside I was very impressed. The building is locked down nicely and I felt safe. I would stay here again as it was very close to the airport.
