This is a very new apartment complex, with 24 hour security, and cute apartments. The finishings are nice, with lots of glass, and colorful touches. We stayed in a one-bedroom and it was quite comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped though no extras (no salt or pepper or paper towels or anything). The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 10 minute walk from the hippodrome. It is a good location for anyone who wants to ride or watch events there as well as go to the beach. It's a bit out of the way from the center of town and the pier, and would require probably a 25 minute walk, or a 5-10 minute drive. The people who run the place are helpful and responsive. We had loud drilling one day because of the building not being fully completed yet and complained and were given a discount, which was appreciated. I would stay here again. And they have parking on the premises.
