We had a great time here, the swimming pool was very refreshing, the food was also very rich and the bed was very comfortable, and we had a great time with Gordon and he looked after me after the bike stop!

Excellent stay in Dumaguete!

Casa  Margaritha  was amazingly beautiful, the services was spectacular, the room was clean, spacious and the ocean view was phenomenal, everything  was well kept  and  the  food  was exceptional. Gordon and Marites  were friendly and hospitable. We had an amazing time.  We  decided to have our  son's wedding  at the  facility and all arrangements were handled to our satisfaction.

We recently spent 5 nights at Casa Margaritha and were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations and the owners, Gordon and Marites. The resort is only 10 minutes from the airport and located away from all the traffic and noise in Dumaguete. The rooms are spacious, the food was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to help us. The resort grounds are very well kept and the pool was relaxing. We definitely plan to return.

Clean, quiet, relaxing resort

Some minutes from Sibulan ferry terminal,we found this small nice resort. We have stayed there three nights. If you want to relax and swim in a pool,this is the place. Gordon the owner is very service minded and a funny guy. You can have your meals in the resort,limited menu though. The rooms are nice,beds are good.

Nice relaxing resort

We arrived in Dumaguete at about 11:00 a.m. with the boat from Siquijor with the idea of making the night and going the next day to Palawan. Being 10 minutes from the airport the location is ideal. It is a private house divided into two houses with their respective rooms, a very nice garden and a spacious pool with Jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious and are very well equipped with cable TV, air conditioning and roof ventilation. On the front plot there is access to the beach alone than crossing the street. In nearby resorts to go to dinner we also buy groceries. The beach is very nice but the water may not respond to the bathroom at all on the day we are staying. In a wine resort we rest until the afternoon. In a hotel that was originally built in the center of the city, we would have a better chance to get to know our neighbors, and we would have a better chance to get to know each other.

Treat nearby and familiar.

We have discovered this establishment on the net. The presentation photos do not reflect the reality which is very beautiful. The house is sumptuous as well as the rooms. It is true, the location is not very smart, the beach is a bit distant (on foot!) and not very clean but everything is compensated when you enter the garden of the establishment. The restaurant is beyond all appreciation. Highly recommended.

It's a great place.

I stayed here one night in transit to the south. The casa is about 15 mins from the airport to the north of the city. The rooms (only 3) are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff local staff are great and super friendly. The free wifi works well.  I liked being able to sleep peacefully without city traffic noise (a major issue downtown because of the constant tricycle noise). If you need to go  into the city the Casa can arrange transport. Highly recommended

Excelent value, very clean and quiet

We were able to spend five days in Sibuan (casa margaritha). It was a wonderful experience: spacious clean rooms with all the comforts of hospitable people and highly organized day trips (apo, oslop).

It's beautiful.

I had the opportunity to spend two wonderful weeks in Casa Margaritha. The small but very fine hotel is a paradise!! There was nothing missing: a quietly furnished room with all the comforts, a beautiful pool, a delicious breakfast and a three-course dinner (healthy & freshly prepared food) as well as a warm and friendly staff.
