I travel a lot all over the world and I have to say that this is a great hotel that meets all the expectations of any traveler, the security is excellent, super clean, and first-rate care. The receptionist partners are very nice. Also it is located in a very good area in miraflores where you can find restaurants, shops and bars. I recommend that they do not regret, I went with my family and had a great time. You can even store food in the refrigerator that has the room. What a good thing that there are hotels in Lima, among the best in South America. I will return in December and make sure that I stay in Suites Eucaliptus.

Very good hotel.

Very good location and warm attention. I go to Lima for business at least 4 times a year for the last 6 years and I get a lot of attention reading comments about robots and stuff like that. It seems that all this is the work of some resentful passenger or maybe the competition. I never had any problems in my sometimes short and other extended stays in Suites Eucaliptus.

This is an excellent option.

The hotel is fine. Clean rooms, friendly staff and excelent place to get around in Miraflores. Basic hotel, breakfast not included but had everything i needed. Thank you guys for helping me get my boarding pass. Higly recommended!

Great place to get around!

Unfortunately, the price was very high, I was stolen $300, the receptionist paid a commission to the taxi driver when I kindly offered to get the service, I informed the company by mail on 2 occasions and never got a response, not even some apologies, I don't recommend it, very little serious.

Very well located in one of the best neighborhoods of Lima. Close to the famous Larcomar, the beach, and good restaurants. It is a rustic hotel, with many wooden objects, but with all the necessary services. In addition, it usually offers very good prices. The only place, that something bit me at night, some insect, maybe a product that the hotel has a lot of wood.

very nice hotel, nice room, and the morning front desk guy, Fernando, very kind and charismatic. He welcomed me very warmly and gave me all necessary orientation to make my stay pleasant; so did the other front desk guys. I highly recommend the hotel for your next visit to Lima

Suites Eucaliptus, Lima, Peru-  great place to stay

Our long stay in Suites Eucaliptus left us with an ambivalent feeling. We were in a comfortable room and in a more than excellent shopping area. There were not many services available at the hotel. The morning receptionist was giving blind spots and JAMAS was kind to us, always rude and when we asked him to help mobilize us he wanted to send us in a taxi. So much came to his bad character that he told us more than once that we just want to ride buses or a combi and never take a taxi. We seemed a very rude way of treating us. We never treated him with kindness or utility unlike other companions.

Hotel very desperate

Spent three nights as there was little else available in my desired price range due to a UN Conference on the global warming being held at same time.  Room was large but with no widows to the outside was very dark.  Bathroom was in two parts with a shower and toilet in one area and a sink in the other.  Leg space between toilet and shower stall was less than one foot making for an uncomfortable and cramped seating...  Interesting conversion of an old home or maybe a Turkish Bath House with many reprints of great art lining all the walls,  many corriders and stairwells in the place.  You had a choice of hot water or cool water.  You could not control the temperature.  Wi Fi was only available in a public area and not as advertised.  Staff was fine and accommodating when checking in and with luggage storage at checkout. No air conditioning other than a fan.  Television is old.

Dark Rooms, Lots of stairwells but quiet and clean

I went to Lima Peru and I wanted to lodge in Miraflores town.
When I ask for a cozy lodge ,I founded an incredible place in Suites Eucaliptus.
The place is warm,confortable and close to activities,restaurants and atractions in Lima.
The people who works there are very friendly and they are always helping .
The Price is affordable.
I enjoyed the place with my family.

Cozy Time

My sister and I recently booked a night at Suites Eucaliptus in Miraflores. After reading the reviews on here we were really excited to check out this boutique hotel, as it is in a great location.  I made our reservation in June and paid online through their website. I received a reservation number, but never got any formal confirmation that my payment was received. I thought it was a little strange that the hotel offered so little communication, so I emailed them just to make sure they had received my reservation, and also to set up a taxi from the Lima airport.  

Our flight was 2 hours late to Lima, but the taxi that the hotel sent was still waiting for us. It cost $25 USD (as advertised on their website) which is a little more expensive than the typical going rate, but we appreciated having a reliable ride ready to take us to the hotel.

However once we got to the hotel, our experience changed. Our room was very dark and dimly lit, one of the beds wasn't made, the room smelled very musty and we were just overall uncomfortable with the situation.  We could hear EVERYTHING going on outside the room - the walls must be very thin.  We were quite shocked, because the reviews on this website stated how cute and nice the hotel was.  Maybe we just got the wrong room at the wrong time, but we ultimately decided to book another hotel for the night and did not stay at Suites Eucaliptus.
