Did not like that my room had no fridge and management refused to provide one, instead offering me a more expensive room with fridge or use of hotel’s fridge. Unpleasant discussion! Otherwise, very nice hotel and wonderful location

The location of the hotel alone does not justify this. The photo from the harbour with which it is advertised is correctly presented, but this view is enjoyed only by very few of the rooms. See photos. City view can also mean that you can stay directly at a hotel located about 1m -2m away, possibly just because of the fact that you can expect such high room prices for such little service. The view from the other hotel is very close to the right, but you can also look for a very nice service. Also, if you can't look for a lot of these rooms, but you can still find a lot of them on the right side of the table, but you can't get a lot of food and a nice breakfast, but you can't get

Price performance is not good

Vicoria Hotel is dated and need refurbishing. Running a hotel in an old building is, of corse, a challenge not very well solved here.
The air in the rooms are not good and when you open a window you let the noise in. Did not get any sleep in my two nights here.

Well....

We stayed one night, the room costed 2500 (250 euros). The views are spectacular, it’s quite clean the rest is quite bad (bed, sofa, furniture). Breakfast is hostel quality. Very expensive for what it is.

Nice view, but that’s it

Clean hotel,  friendly staff. Picturesque setting. A bit of noise from adjoining rooms but thankfully no loud people.  Breakfast was a bit disappointing but was included in stay.  We asked for a double bed instead of twin beds and were upgraded to a junior suite at no extra cost.  The hotel was cosy.

Got an excellent room for NOK 100 extra. Fine.

We stayed three nights at this centrally located hotel in Kragerø. We were given a huge room with kitchen, living room and bedroom. Can hear nice, but this room 106 was on the ground floor towards the city. Everybody outside could look inside, so no privacy. And the first night (Saturday) was terrible with noise from bars outside, so no sleep before 3 am. Bathroom was renovated, but for every shower water entered all over the floor. Parking is difficult outside the hotel, but we were lucky to get one. Breakfast simple in a bag - but it was Corona times. Staff were friendly. So we were not impressed with the hotel as such, except that we had three nights downtown Kragerø which is not easy to get during summer times.

Centrally located, ordinary standard

This is a nice hotel in the heart of Kragerø, where all the shops and restaurants are right on your doorstep. Also right by the sea so you benefit from seaview from rooms facing the sea.The staff are lovely and helpful!  Also love that the hotel has a history and it's exciting to think that Edvart Munch stayed here at one point. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Kragerø

The hotel is winding and you can find a room behind every door. A very friendly local boss and also a fire alarm (accidentally triggered by the toaster) doesn't disturb anyone here. The price was more in the higher range and so we expected more.

A simple but charming hotel

The rooms are tiny and very short. The asking price for such a room is stealing! Breakfast is miserable. The only positive thing is the kindness of the person at the reception when we arrive.
