My friend and I stayed at Safari wildlife hotel during our visit to Chitiwan National Park. They are very close to the park and the owner is very helpful with booking tours into the jungle. We went trekking with 2 amazing guides who are very informative and passionate about their jobs. The facilities are cheap and the location is good

I had a supernice stay here. The Staff is very friendly and nice people that will help you with everything, and give good tips for things to explore.

The room have high standard and was good value for the price. It is situated in a fine location next to the river and has a chilled out atmosphere. They have their own restaurant&bar that make excellent food.

I would reccomed this place to everyone!

We stayed here a couple nights, the staff went way beyond to help us with our numerous issues. The location and cleanliness was also on point. I would recommend this to any low budget traveler. .......

We spent a couple of days in this beautiful place so close to the jungle. They've managed all the activities without problems such as jungle walk and jeep Safari. The food also was good, we' ve seen Rino, crocodile, elephant and lots of wild animals 
The lodge is confortable and the staff is very hospitable and helpful. If we will came back in chitwan we will return for shore

The warmest atmosphere!!!

Excellent staff

Real and beautiful experience

First of all we did not expect much since we paid so little. But we still expected the place to be clean and the service to be good - it was NOT! 

In our room we found rat poo and in the night we could hear rats living in the roof. We told the staff but they didn’t seem to care. 

We had breakfast included. On the 2nd day we saw that the crumbs from our breakfast the day before was still there.

We bought a safari from the hotel, they told us to have breakfast at 6 and the safari would start at 6.30. And 6 no one was up and we had to go wake up the staff in order to get breakfast. The guide did not show up till 7.30.... the guide did not care at all, didn’t wait for us when we were out of breath, didn’t give us any information. 

All in all this place needs a loving hand cause it definitely has potential 

Rats, dirty and awful service 

We were really disapointed to find out that the actual location is very far from what they seem to advertise on google and other booking sites like booking.com. It is not in the park but in Sauraha. Some comments might also be misleading. Also the beds were very unconfortable and The bathroom was dirty. The only bright side is that the employes were helpful and that sitting in the garden is nice.

The best word to describe this hotel is ‘gross’!! There was dust everywhere in the room and a rat living in the ceiling that woke us up every morning at 5am. The breakfast was cold and tasted horrendous, even found a dead mosquito in the coffee they served us. So many staff everywhere, it’s low season, yet they don’t seem to have time to clean. 

We went on the walking whole day jungle safari through the hotel. The guide they provided seemed uninterested, angry and just didn’t seem to care much about entertaining us. Lack of animal sightings was not his fault, but he could of at least explained a bit about the history of the park, etc. he basically told us at the end that he had a boring day! Also, manager told us breakfast was at 6am on day of the walk, but no one was awake so I had to wake the staff up for breakfast. The guide didn’t arrive till 7:30am, we waited an hour for him ... awful experience, do not advise using this place for your stay or excursions.
