I don't know why previous customer's complained about room size, showers or amenities.
My room was spacious, clean & had every possible amenity.
The shower was hot enough to scald you, if you didn't blend in cold water.
Very helpful staff & great location.

Nice small B&B close walking distance to Shwedagon Pagoda. Nice pizza place and Spanish restaurant.  Room is very clean and nice shower with hot water.  Not so many tv channel but has CNN news and other local news.

We definitely went back to this Cute small bed and breakfast for second trip to Yangon. We stayed two nights upon arrival to Yangon and one more night return from Bagan trip. We booked a superior double room and it was very clean and comfortable but no window, and the wifi was reasonably fast.  Breakfast was simple but they serve at rooftop and it was nice experience. The staffs are very helpful.

Nice little b&b in a good location.  It's sandwiched between blocks of flats and my only complaint was the noise from someone's TV.  Breakfast was a bit basic and only one egg. Good pizza place next door  and 5 mins walk to vista bar with great views of the pagoda.

Lovely room & exception, caring staff!!!

We enjoyed this hotel until we returned one night from a quick outting to find an employee leaving our room very quickly and not making eye contact or addressing us, we had been gone only 10 minutes, we interrupted him going thru the backpack that we normally keep locked, where we had money kept. He had quickly repacked the money, but it was clearly tampered with, we believe he stole from us and confronted him immediately and he denied it. Claiming he was checking a fan which was making noise, we had heard no such noise. He continued to deny and we told him to never go in our room again and we would speak to the manager. He called his manager that night and we told him what occured. In the morning we left and asked only for a refund for the following day since we could not stay there, the manager assured us the employee was being let go, and asked us to stay our last night but we told him we no longer felt that our possessions were safe. He made a phone call and then refunded us for the night we would not be staying. We didn't know exactly how much he took, because we are not strict with our accounting, but we know for sure he was in our room for no reason but to steal since we found our things rummaged thru and him running out of our room when we got there. I use Booking.com all the time and we have been travelling for 8 months, I feel that reviews are one of the few ways travelers can help each other avoid these horrible experiences and thats why it was important for us to tell everyone this story of an employee stealing and theft. Maybe he has been fired but I wouldn't chance it when there are other options of places to stay.
