This hotel was perfect for what we needed, with a great convenient location and a comfortable atmosphere. Raphael made sure all our amenities were working and even arranged us transport to the hotel. The hotel is right next to several restaurants and beaches, with Marsalforn easily walkable to the south and some breathtaking natural attractions to the north. Great location, great room, great service!

We have just stayed as a family of 4 for a week. The apartment is large, well stocked and extremely clean. The views are amazing, and can be enjoyed from one of 4 balconies. It is a beautiful walk of just under a mile into Marsalforn along the seafront. Around the apartment itself are several beach bars that serve food and a few restaurants. It is the best location and I wish I was back already. Raphael the owner is very helpful and excellent at pre visit communication, and is on hand during your stay if you need him.

We were in Gozo for a short stay over the weekend. The apartments were spotlessly clean, and you get an amazing view of the beaches in Qbajjar Marsalforn. Raphael, the owner, was so welcoming and very very helpful. Our stay was in October and we have already booked another for November. Looking forward for another short break.

Me and my girlfriend said here for a night in a very windy November the owner was very helpful. 
The apartment itself we stayed in was on the top floor of the block amazing sea views has a large roof terrace small kitchen and dining room with a TV large bedroom with two single beds which we pushed together (not a problem). 

The only problem I had was that with how windy it was and the bedroom window has the mesh window for the summer still on when the wind was strong it would bang and kept us awake for a bit but I then solved this by placing a pillow case between the mesh and the window then we slept fine after that

Amazing views 

Fantastic accommodation 

The Place is   very clean and spacious but unfortunately the mattresses on the second bedrooms are    not   comfortable. The main bedroom mattress is totally unfit for sleeping on,so bad we could not use it. 
The location is good and close to two very good restaurants and a lovely cove for swimming. The unit was described as  ground floor but when we got there we found it was on the first floor and no lift. Definitely unsuitable for wheelchairs and hard to tackle for seniors.

Very poor mattresses

I did not get the one-bedroom double-bedded apartment that I had booked, but a studio with twin beds and a miniscule bathroom which even I, a petite person, struggled with movement in. Furthermore, the window looked onto the guts of the building and beyond was the shower area of the apartment across from it.
I suffered with bites after my very first night from the mattress that I slept on. A friend who visited me had his holiday totally ruined when he lay on the other bed during his visit to see me as a direct result of the mattress on the other bed also being bug infested.
There was no microwave oven which as far as I am concerned is a staple and basic requirement in this day and age and one that most people would take for granted in what was advertised as a self-catering apartment.
The lift was not in operation which meant that having to tackle the stairs up to the 4th level several times a day which I found very tiresome in a hot climate. 
The television did not have any English speaking channels. Even if I wanted to watch it the room would have had to be reconfigured as it was bolted to the wall, immovable, and could not be angled to meet the only reclining furniture in the room - the bed-bug riddled beds, without suffering neck pain as a consequence.
There was constant noise practically every day from the ongoing checking-in and out of short-stay guests on that floor which also meant that I had to tolerate the disturbance of their being cleaned on a more frequent basis.
