Very friendly and professional staff! We had a great time.

In the heart of old Valletta.  Charming, great views from the rooftop seating area.  Breakfast can be in the morning room, your hotel room, or served on the rooftop.  Gita at the front desk is wonderful!  She is so friendly and informative.  Many dining options within 2-3 blocks, walking distance to many historical/cultural sites including St. John Co-Cathedral.  A great stay!

Great location and very helpful staff! I enjoyed my room and the included breakfast. The only (mild) complaint was that the rooftop bar-which is beautiful-played music that I could hear in my room until around 11 on the weekends.

Great location, great service, clean and modern rooms

Beautifully renovated property in the heart of Valletta, close to all the major sights and restaurants. Rooms are clean and modern. The staff was excellent ( esp Gita )and I really enjoyed my stay there!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. Staff were so kind and eager to assist with information about Malta, dining, etc.  The view from our room was amazing.  We would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay, hotel was perfect. Room was great. Clean and bright, bed very comfortable ,we even had a small balcony. We had breakfast on the roof top terrace, no extra charge. The continental breakfast was great with a good selection. Good location with easy walk to main centre but was also quiet at night. We will definitely be returning hopefully next year. One small issue was with the internal  shower glass door which didn’t have any type of knob or handle on the  inside. So my friend who is about 5 foot couldn’t reach the top of the door, so was stuck there until I opened it for her. Other than that a perfect stay all round

The hotel is very nice. It is an old historical building downtown La Valletta very well renovated. I liked the style of the rooms and the terrace on the top floor gives an outstanding view of the city. The only negative point is that my room only had a window facing the inner court.

Our room was clean, well appointed and had a nice view of the grand harbour.   The location is quiet enough but also within a 5 to 10 minute walk of anything you could want.   The staff were all wonderful and took the time to make sure their guests were getting the information they required.   When I reported an issue with the room to the management team after our first night they were genuinely concerned and had a maintenance team in that afternoon to rectify the issue.   The rooftop patio boasts stunning views of Valletta and was a great place to have a bottle of wine.   So why only four stars?   The breakfast was sparse for a four star hotel - limited option and repeated each day.    But the bigger issue was the hot water.    We were told that it can take 7 or 8 minutes of running the water to get hot water up to the 5th floor and that they were telling the truth.   You would have to run the water at least that long to get it hot, which we did not love - it felt very wasteful.

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Spacious rooms & very quiet & comfortable. However, the shower didn’t drain well & water leaked out on to the bathroom floor. A little more variety for breakfast would have been great. The rooftop bar had an amazing view but the cocktails weren’t the best. Great location, I would definitely recommend & would stay here again.

Great Hotel.

Really nice hotel and pleasant staff. A bit disorganised... rooftop breakfast ought to have been a stunner but the area is in a state of poor repair and we had to go in search of the pre ordered breakfast. I really recommend a member of staff stays as a guest! Our room lacked practicality ... you can't be eco and leave your towels on the rail if there is no rail.

Nice but could have been amazing

I had a great stay at Palazzo Ignacio!  The location was perfect and it was easy to walk to Merchants Street, Republic Street, and the main attractions in Valletta.  The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, answering questions, providing a map, and arranging a taxi to the cruise port.  The room was comfortable and very quiet.  The rooftop terrace had amazing views and was a nice place to relax after a busy day of touring around town.  We even saw fireworks on our second night!  I would not hesitate to stay at the Palazzo Ignacio during my next trip to Valletta!

Comfortable boutique hotel within walking distance of Valetta’s many tourist attractions. Room was spacious and comfortable and had an enclosed balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was included in the price and was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Valetta.

Comfortable boutique hotel.

I was looking for a central hotel that was still somewhat affordable and glad I chose this one. My favorite part was being able to have breakfast in my room for no extra charge. That is much more comfortable than sitting in a small room solo. The staff was great for communication prior to arriving when I had flight delays. The room was comfortable overall, however the bed was one of the worst. That would not stop me from staying there again if in the city.

Perfect location in Valletta

smart modern boutique hotel, themed in dark grey. Very efficient service, helpful staff, good lift serving all floors, including roof top with fabuous views over the grand harbour. Very comfortable bed, large spacious room. Good bathroom but it suffered from being over deisgned - nothing as vulgar as somewhere practical to hang our towels..!.Uninspired and rather limited breakfast.
