A Truly Exceptional Stay – Our Second Visit and Still the Best! This was our second stay at Saii Lagoon Curio Collection by Hilton, and once again, it was nothing short of perfection. The resort continues to uphold the high standards expected of a Hilton property, and from the moment we were met at the airport, we were made to feel like royalty. We spent a blissful week escaping the hustle and bustle of life and work in the UK, and every moment was filled with warmth and hospitality. The staff, both at the resort and the various outsourced dining options at Crossroads, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness throughout the resort was impeccable. A special mention goes to Niluckshan, who ensured all our needs were met with care and attention. His daily towel art was a delightful touch that added charm to our stay. The pool bar team truly made us feel at home. It was heartwarming to be recognised from our previous visit by Shella, Kyn, Ramesh, Prasana, and Naem—each of whom greeted us with a smile and served us with genuine warmth. Their hospitality was a highlight of our trip and a testament to the resort’s commitment to guest satisfaction. This speaks volumes about the incredible work being done behind the scenes by the management team, whose dedication clearly reflects in every detail of the guest experience. Saii Lagoon remains a slice of paradise, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to everyone who made our stay unforgettable!
