I recently stayed at The St. Regis Langkawi and while the suite I was first assigned didn’t quite reflect the usual St. Regis charm — with some minor details like scent and window condition falling short of expectations — the situation was swiftly and gracefully handled by Ms. Kelly Le, the Duty Manager. Ms. Kelly’s professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out. She listened patiently, personally checked the new suite to ensure everything was in perfect order, and followed up with thoughtful messages to make sure we were comfortable. She even extended her care to my family members in separate rooms — a gesture that made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Her ability to manage both guest expectations and hotel standards with such poise is admirable. Thanks to her, what began as a small concern turned into one of my most enjoyable stays at St. Regis. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Kelly Le, and appreciation to General Manager Mr. Gerek Gomez for leading such a stellar team. I look forward to coming back again soon.
