Neptune Village Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive 

I stayed at Neptune Village hotel with my family from November 25th to December 9th 2025. The Kenyans are absolutely wonderful people, always smiling, very helpful, full of joy and sympathy. I was very surprised to hear everyone speak English so fluently even the cleaning stuff, like our helpful man Hussain. It should be appreciated a lot more, because it doesn’t happen in countries like Egypt which is another popular travel destination. The food served at the restaurants is very delicious. There are some foods always included in the menu, but also a couple of stuff changing everyday - from Mexican tacos, through Italian mini pizzas and grilled meat, to traditional sea food. The chefs serving food are very skilled and always nice to the guests. The animation team is the best one I’ve ever seen. The shows they produce on stage are mind-blowing. The moves they have are absolutely brilliant and I’ve never seen such things in my life (I’ve been a dancer myself). I don’t remember all names, but Teo, Joe, Brian, Clint, Ann, Judith, Diana, Arnold, Athman, thank you for making the trip so enjoyable. Your company should be appreciated a lot more. Thank you for your time, shared moments and for amazing conversations. Whole family want to see you next year! It’s nice to have many bars around pool areas. I don’t personally drink alcohol, but still the people serving drinks are always nice and welcoming. The two names I remember the best are Abu and Gift, thank you very much for always smiling and for our conversations. I’d love to meet you again guys in the future. The rooms are clean. Hotel is pretty quiet, the only noise from flying airplanes. Beach is just at your fingertips.I say it’s a good value for money. The whole stay was amazing, without problems, and we were very sad to leave the place. We hope to come back as soon as possible. We can strongly recommend the hotel, and Kenya in general for anyone looking for wonderful and safe travel destination. Asante sana!
