Always very content at this peaceful hotel in Tokyo. Rooms super comfortable and club lounge one of the very best I've experienced. I would like to make special mention of a few staff. Ms Naing, one of the concierges from Myanmar, is very engaging and helpful. Also on the front desk Mr Amar and Mr Karki were also very accommodating. Thank you. I have seen a few reports about worn carpets and smoking smells , but no hotel can be 100% perfect. Actually I am very entice to smoke and I seriously don't think it's bad at all here. I stumbled across the Main Bar in the basement - quite nice but not well advertised. Very disappointed that since my visit last year the Bamboo Lounge is still not open every evening. I used to love relaxing there and often invited business acquaintances over for a drink whilst admiring the beautiful gardens lit up at night. I hope management will reconsider. Once again thank you and look forward to spending my first ever family Christmas in Tokyo with you this coming December ! Arigato Gozaimasu & Sayonara!
