The satff was very gentle and spoke great English. The hotel is super clean and comfortable.

Stayed here for 1 night in the mixed dorm. This is my second time staying here and I loved it!!

Pros:
-Clean facilities
-Amazing and friendly staff. Definitely the highlight of staying here. 
-Close to the main shops and cafes
-Near a convenience store
-Free Amenities ie. shampoo, body soap
-Free luggage storage before check in and after check out. There are lockers were you can store your bags 

Cons:
-No lift. The mixed dorm was on the second floor so only had to carry my suitcase up one flight

I highly recommend staying here and will stay here in the future if I revisit Kobe.

I was super impressed by this hostel! I told them I would be coming outside of the check-in time - they gave me the pin code so that i could enter the hostel, and then still met me when i came, and explained everything to me there. The hostel is very clean, comfortable, and well-situated in the centre of Kobe. For the price I was expecting something much more basic but instead they surpassed all my expectations and provided a very high-quality service. Would very highly recommend.

I stayed here for 2 nights in a 4 female bedroom dorm.
Pros:
-Friendly and helpful staff
-Overall very clean
-Within walking distance to the main city district
-Plenty of convenience stores within a block radius 
-Comfy beds
-Free amenities ie. hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel
-Free luggage storage prior check in and after check out
-Kitchen fully stocked and very clean
-Curtains on beds to give privacy 

Cons:
-No lift so you will need to carry your luggage up. I was on level 3 and it took forever to get my suitcase up and down

Hostel bed setting comfortable for winter but bit difficult to sleep in summer.

Spent a single night here, clean,hot showers,comfortable bed, friendly staff & other guests.
Only complaint, website states you can check in at 3pm, reality, reception is open in the afternoon from 5pm. Be aware.

This hostel was great as it was extremely close to the station and the city center, the rooms were small, but clean. The doors were a bit dodgy but overall the hostel was extremely comfortable and had a very charming air to it.
