Nice hotel in general and reasonable price. Just one comment on the breakfast, it was super cold and was not worth the price.

The price is affordable and it is only 20 minutes away from the JR Asahikawa Station. Is is really convenient.

Rooms are fine, clean enough. We booked non-smoking rooms, they really where non-smoking. Located reasonably close to the Asahikawa station, quite convenient. Staff is polite, but we spoke Japanese with them so not sure of their English proficiency.1st floor (reception area) smells like a public smoking room, absolutely disgusting. They should ban smoking there and ban smoking inside once and for all.

This hotel was super affordable, but also super dated. Definitely a no-frills experience. They do not offer luggage storage which was the only service I would have wanted. It’s clean and safe, but definitely feels like it’s stuck in another decade and the hallway smelled. Otherwise I found it to be a good location for the winter festival with easy access to nightlife.

Cheap, No-Frills, Got the Job Done.

Room was ok. Scruffy (wallpaper hanging off, funny smell etc) but I'm not too bothered about that.The email I received after booking said the front desk was open 6:30 til 22:00. When I arrived at lunch to leave my baggage before check-in (and I emailed ahead to check it was ok) there was nobody there, and no sign saying when someone would be back. I waited around 45mins before eventually going and finding the cleaners who were helpful.I didn't bother trying to leave my bags after checking out. 7am and once again nobody on reception.

This hotel is located at the central location of Asahikawa.  Unfortunately the hotel not able to provide a comfortable room for us.  We book for 3 person room and the hotel provide a smoking room for us with very bad smell.  The hotel guard at night cannot communicate properly in English and he only able to communicate in Japanese.  We have no choice to stay one night at this hotel.  The hotel already charge quite expensive car parking fee.  And next morning when we request for extension for additional one hours, the hotel said that will charge the one hour usage to us which I disagreed and we have to move out earlier.  Feel very bad about this hotel and regret to book this hotel and will not book for this hotel forever.

Regret to book and stay at this hotel

The property is very old and the room is dilapidated and smell. The site mentioned there is onsen but there is no onsen available in the property. Very disappointing and we won’t recommend to others.

It is a poorly maintained hotel. The 7th floor corridor have a kerosene smell. The water pressure for the shower was very low and our feedback was ignored. We do not feel safe too.
