When you only have a few days in Venice you probably want to stay in the middle of everything. This location is SUBERB, right in the middle of everything. Vaporetto stop right outside and a lot of signs in Venice pointing to Rialto Bridge so it is always easy to find back to hotel. We arrived by train and just walked from railway stadion to hotel but you also just take vaporetto which takes you directly to hotel in about 20 minutes. Our room was kept spotless during our visit. Waitresses at the breakfast were extremely kind and we appreciated having 24/7 reception. We did not notice if there was some information available about local news and happenings - that would have been very good. All in all strong rcommendation from us.

In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.
