Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Everything very clean. Host friendly and available. Quiet area 10 minutes walk from the center. Free parking available in the area. We recommend it.

Convenient and within walking distance of the centre

We stayed for a weekend of 2 nights from Friday, we found each other divinely! Lorenzo the manager was super available and very kind, the room (with the bathroom in the room) was clean and very large.

It's a perfect living room.

We just got back from Siena....here on the advice of a friend we booked Canapi. Wonderful structure both as a location and as a starting point to visit Siena: it really takes 15 minutes to walk from the structure to the center and I'm 6 months pregnant! Our room was even prettier than in the photo....and what to say about Lorenzo that ë a good and exceptional person something unusual so deserves an extra compliment. I highly recommend it for those who want to visit Siena and feel at home....hello Lorenzo and thanks again for everything 😊

A wonderful discovery.

We stayed in this New Year's Eve horse-drawn b&b, and we were not disappointed. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood slightly out of the center, a 15-minute walk from the most tourist attractions of Siena. We stayed in the room with a private bathroom, very spacious and equipped. The owner Lorenzo was always very available and kind, even helping us find parking in the area. Good breakfast too.

So this is the best B&B I’ve ever seen.
Our guest is extremely friendly and helpful, the place is really clean, friendly, silent and beautiful, the breakfast is good.
Rhe location is great, you can reach the historic center with 10 minutes walk.

Perfect from every angle

The b&b is very well located: the city center is near and could be reached by walking. The nearby is very quite and there is the possibility of free-parking by the street.

We rented the room with bathroom which is stunningly new, clean, huge and comfy! 
The breakfast provided is excellent as well.

Lorenzo is a super nice host, he provided us of every comfort and information we may need!

We spent two nights in this cozy, very clean B&B, a 10-minute walk from the center of Siena, the property has all the necessary amenities and Lorenzo the owner is courteous and available for any request.

We stayed for two nights and we loved it, both the owner's treat and the room (large, large and very comfortable bed, as well as the pillows), the cleanliness, the breakfast, the quiet area, easy free parking on the street, 15' walking to the center of Siena.

A stunning B&B in a beautiful city.

Almost all the advantages. Near the centre walking distance. Easy parking on the same street. Large, nice and clean room. Lorenzo very friendly and attentive. The worst is that it is a noisy place. There are no blinds or bright curtains so at 6am and there is a lot of light and you wake up. The breakfast is fine but only the baked goods and the toast you have to accompany them with butter and jam. The worst of the worst is that we didn't change the towels in three days.

Beautiful and clean living room.

Excellent quality of accommodation, attention from the owner, good breakfast, good smell of the place, perfectly decorated and prepared room and good tips from the manager for making visits to Tuscany.
