Great location.  Easy check in. Would definitely stay again

We've already stayed at this low-season rental room... we confirm the positive opinion of the structure... room with very clean bathroom and the owner is available for any need... the rooms are a few tens of meters away from the Longomare and the beach but they're very quiet and air conditioned.

Relaxation and cleaning

We stayed in August for 2 nights, the room was very small, fatiguing and old structure. The price was the most expensive compared to other b&bs and by the way she wanted the advance payment. After we got to the structure I understood the reason for the advance payment, if we had checked the structure we would definitely run to look for something else. The only positive notes are: the cleaning lady is very nice and kind, but the owner is not really, very sloppy and not available. Secondly, she noted: the central position and close to the beach.

Forget about it

The guest house consists of two rooms with bathroom and a community kitchen. The rooms are tastefully furnished and have a coffee machine. Coffee capsules are only available for one person per day and if not cleaned, none at all. But you can get them at the supermarket. The rooms are very small, but since you can escape to the community kitchen, there was no problem. The kitchen is well equipped. The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the beach in the second row.

Small but fine

We stayed only two nights but the guest house is also a great solution for those who want to spend more time. A few minutes from is arutas and other beautiful beaches, Torre Grande is a tourist location where it seems that the syndrome of high price of Sardinia has not yet caught on. Glaciers, beach restaurants, bars and pizzeria where you eat very well where the service and ottkmo and prices are even more. The room in which we are attached was perfect, clean, new, with terrace, kitchen and living room in dmcondiction with the other visitors.

That's a great solution.

If you want to stop at Torre Grande this is a perfect location, very close to the sea and to the walk. I stayed in a room with private bathroom inside an apartment that has two rooms and a common part with kitchen.

Great for a short break.

We have occupied an apartment with 2 very nicely furnished rooms with, each, a nice bathroom, with equipped kitchen and living room / dining room. The rooms can be rented individually and, in this case, the common rooms are shared. The rooms are in the back, so quiet. 2 steps from the beach.

I was surprised.

Overall good B&B but very limited breakfast.

Good B&B

We slept in this facility only one night. Perhaps one of the coldest nights of the year. We had booked in the early afternoon and we showed up around 18. The room is new and extremely clean... But cold! But, even worse...While the heat exchanger placed above the only window door (without a tent and opening on a horrible condominium patio and which must therefore be kept closed) it was barely warming up the environment for a very small one, the bathroom, new and very clean and equipped with everything we need, remains an icebox, even though we had left the door open in the hope that the roasting was not an act of courage! The milk was painful to wash!!! The breakfast is made up of biscuits, marmalades, industrial marshmallows and everything in advance in the coffee machine. Mmm, we showered on the coffee machine.

I mean...

We stayed here for the New Year, the rooms are very new and the owners are very kind and available, and it's also recommended for summer vacations as it's just a short walk from the sea.
