Another positive thing is the free wifi, the only small flaw is not having breakfast included in the price, but it's a venous flaw, and everything else is really top notch.

So let's start with the positive things right away: 1) the convenience: access two steps from the red subway stop. 2) cleanliness: extra cleanliness 3) noisyness: at minimum terms even though you're actually in an apartment inside a condominium building. 4) free wifi. things to review: 1) the hallucinatory stress they put on arriving within the times set by them that totally match their tourist needs.

The rules of the game must be read very well.

I've only been here one night, but I can say that I've found myself very well. Personally I'd come back here again if I needed to stay in Milan. It's also convenient for the metro and car park. Very kind and available staff. The room I stayed in with my mother is the double room, very clean, very well kept, with TV in the room, kitchen and bathroom in common with another room that the b&b has. I recommend this b&b to anyone who should stay in Milan and who doesn't mind being in the center.

My friend and I stayed for 3 nights in RedHouse last week. Very comfortable position, a metro stop is a short walk from the accommodation and is still easily accessible by bus. Cozy, very clean environment, with kitchen, fridge, kitchen floor, pantry, coffee machine, oven, sofa, all perfect! Common bathroom, but we didn't have any problems. One small flaw; scarcity of power plugs in the room where we slept, detail however negligible as everything else was perfect! Owner very kind both in person and by phone, as he was available to force information for the place and was available to us beyond check-in time! Fully satisfied to reach you!

I don't know whose responsability it was, but I HAVE to give a very bad rating after my experience this week, to avoid that this happens to other people. When I arrived to the B&B, I couldn't see any signs. So I asked some of the people living in the building in Via Vipacco 6 where the B&B is. Nobody knew it and they were surprised and quite amused reading the booking details. I started being worried and tried to contact the owner. When it finally worked, I've been told (at 8pm) that my room had been booked accidentally twice, so I had to look for something else. He said that the mistake was made by booking.com, they had tried to contact me but they had an incorrect phone number (I've checked the phone number in my booking.com account and it is absolutely correct). Although the money has been refunded straight away, I can tell you: it's not easy to find a room in Milan during EXPO if you haven't booked one. So I ended up paying a fortune. Booking.com has not replied my complaint. Said that, I can't judge the B&B as I haven't seen it and from the emails exchange I had the days before they sounded very kind!

My family and I stayed four nights in this hotel; we were seven in total. The establishment is completely new. It's very clean and very cute. The staff is adorable. They're very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast has a variety of cookies, yogurt and sweets. The place is located near the subway and is very easy to access. The staff gave us all the directions and information before arriving and while we were there. It's really a great place to stay if you're a big group. I really recommend this hotel and I'll be back.

A pleasant stay

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights, we were 7 people in total. It is absolutely new place. It is very clean and cute. The staff are lovely. They are so friendly and helpful. The free breakfast has a variety of biscuits, yogurts and sweets. It is very close to trams and very accessible. The staff helped us with all the directions and information before we arrive and while we were there. It is definitely a great place to stay if you are in a large group. I will definitely recommend this place and will stay there again.
