70 reviewsThis B&B was remodeled from a relay post horse station as it is called. This gives the B&B a special Italian taste. The location is on the other side of the lake from Gonzaga's castle. Don't feel it is far because Teresa will pick you up from the train station. Such a location actually gives you an advantage since the castle looks very beautiful from the lake shore. Teresa and her husband are extremely helpful. They not only provide anything you need but also think about the things you need before you ask. For example, she came with me to rent a bike and told me the shortcut when I returned the bike to the shop and heading to the train station. she helped me to put my luggage next to the train station. With her help, you even do not need to plan your trip. Simply stay there for two nights. I regretted that I stayed there for only one night. Mantova is really a hidden gem and A Corte Posta will add memorable experience to your trip. The price I paid is around 50 Euro.
