Baobab Safari Resort 

Dear Team at Baobab Safari Resort, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful hospitality my family and I experienced during our stay from the 25th January 2026 to the 27th January 2026. I would especially like to commend Mr. Indra, the Manager, for his outstanding support and exceptional service. During our stay, my son was celebrating his 5th birthday, and one of the highlights he was most excited about was the carnivore feeding experience. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication, we were sent to a zoo park instead by the reception team, even though we had already visited it on the first day of our stay. As I do not speak Bahasa well, I requested to speak with a manager at the information counter, and that was when Mr. Indra personally stepped in. From that moment on, Mr. Indra handled the situation with remarkable professionalism, empathy, and care. He assured us that he would provide the best possible service recovery — and he truly delivered. He proactively led his team, ensured everything was arranged smoothly, and went above and beyond to turn what I feared would be a disappointing day into an incredibly happy and meaningful one. What touched me most was that Mr. Indra did not just coordinate the experience; he actually stayed with us and even joined my family during the carnivore feeding. His presence, genuine kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile showed us what an outstanding character and leader he is. He stepped in for his team when needed and made us feel truly cared for as guests. Thanks to Mr. Indra and his team, my son’s 5th birthday became a joyful and unforgettable memory for our family. What started as a stressful moment turned into one of the highlights of our stay, and for that, I am deeply grateful. Please extend my heartfelt thanks and compliments to Mr. Indra and his entire team. They truly represent the highest standard of hospitality, and we will always remember this experience fondly.
