The hotel is located right on the main Candolim market road.It is a massive property with approximately 100 rooms.
It also houses a conference room, restaurant and bar.The swimming pool makes for a great sunbathing spot.
Various restaurants and coffee shops are also within walking distance of the property.The rooms were pretty big with all the necessary amenities and a spacious airy balcony.The staff was also really courteous and helpful.Would really recommend it to all my friends and family.

I loved the location of the property as it was on the Candolim Main Market road. It is next to the famous Radisson.
Various outlets offering good food are also within close distance of the property.
Also the beach is within walking distance.
The restaurant and bar churn out various finger-licking items and amazing drink respectively.
The swimming pool is also open and is situated at the perfect location within the property.
Parking facility on the Candolim main road is an amazing amenity offered here.
The staff is also really nice, and definitely worth the price.
All in all a place to must stay.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Excellent customer care by reception staff.  A good selection of snacks and meals available to be enjoyed by the poolside or in restaurant. The resort is 5 mins walk to the beach.

Am Rob from uk , and am visiting this since 15 years since am visiting this place from such long period I find staff pleasant and appropriate with good hospitality and better services. 
I do recommend any one to visit Gloria anne and the staff from here are good and take care of us in well manner it is very clean and lovely with nice garden with pool to beat the heat .......

We will remember this hotel very much as we had a best time with my friends, we had came across few more friends through this hotel we would like to visit again and again coz of the hospitality of the hotel with well maintained staff we would be thankful to Ms.Rowena who took care of us in all aspects and we had seen the dedication of her towards her job where she was taking care of all the guest and their needs. And we are very thankful to the management for having such caring person at your hotel .
We had better time at your hotel with our friends thanks for the entire team for making such a memorable day with good food and good hospitality.

The room was spacious air conditioned and close to the swimming pool. The staff went out of their way to provide an excellent service. The chef's dishes were all meticulously prepared and very delicious.

Great place to relax

We have stayed in this hotel during this week on a business trip of total 80 pax. Our guests are disappointed with the rude behavior of a restaurant staff by name Shekhar, i guess...am not sure though, made our stay horrible. Other staff was quite good except this guy. There are few issues to be sort of......

Worst waiter behaviour

We booked this hotel through oyo where it was mentioned as premium hotel..  But to our disappointment it was a disaster... location is ok.. Room were ok not too great... Reception staff were rude... Wen we try asking them for the wifi password on phone first they were not ready to give it on phone.. They told us to come down for the password but after the wifi gets connected also it does not work in the room because the range is there near lobby only... Breakfast was average.. 

Poor hospitality

This property does not accept any guests! If you expect your guests can visit your room then you will be surprised that a person called manager will rudely stop your guests.
We asked for an explanation but instead we’re pointed to the ‘instruction’, something printed on the wall.

We asked for a manager. I introduced myself, he doesn’t. 
- How many stars does your hotel have?
- For you it’s zero stars hotel!
Weird...

Visitors have to meet with guests within the lobby only. No excuse.

After twice asking him he finally he introduced himself. Sabino Coelio.

Anyway, no objections to the staff from my side, just a property with non-friendly rules.

Be aware of property rules

We made a booking with this hotel.

Just as I was boarding the plane on Gatwick I got an email from them asking for advance payment in full to secure the booking. My card declined because i had an ‘international card’ and it was asking for an ‘Indian card’ payment.

So I emailed them asking them to hold our booking and that I would pay when I arrived. I also advised that our plane gets in late, as I wouldn’t want to turn up in the middle of the night with a cancelled booking and have to try sort things out with a night porter.

So when I turned up they had cancelled our booking and the night porter, who barely spoke any English, told us that they had cancelled our entire booking because we turned up after midnight. He then tried to sell us the same room at an extortionate rate. So we checked into the Radisson next door which was much much nicer.
