Excellent  hotel views ,Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Europe.

The service and the hospitality was good.  The rooms and bathroom are clean and neat.  The canteen food served is vegetarian and tastes fine.  The room had balcony view and view of snow was fantastic from the hotel.

Worst experience ever

1. Volvo booking was from Paradise. Volvo driving was very rash. Passengers were just falling here & there in buses. Bags on the last of the seat very coming to the front of the bus due to sudden breaks & acceleration in the bus. The tires of the bus started smelling and tires got burst. 
2. There was an untrained driver. Police caught him for rash driving after chasing him for 28 km. 
3. 14 hours journey completed in 18 hours as diesel got finished in the bus. The bus was parked, the person went to take diesel, came back & then put in the bus with the help of passengers, then the bus got started. Breakfast was missed.
4. No welcome drink was provided by hotel Flamingo on reaching.
5. There was no vacant room even after booking. There was no sitting or waiting area at the reception. It was asked to go to the terrace to wait. There was no sitting space. It was difficult for us(4 members of the family with 2 kids) to stand 1 hour after 18 hours of journey. 
6. Room got vacated, cleaned & then we had checked In. 
7. There was no toilet soap & towels. On asking, they have provided 1 towel & the reason told was laundry is still cleaned.
8. There was a poor dinner served as only boiled water vegetables only, wet rice & other problems.
9. Room & toilet was untidy, unclean, and small.
10. It was mentioned for an extra bed in the voucher. No bed was installed. Only 1 mattress was kept on the floor when it was asked in the night.
11. No new towels are given the next day. When asked, it was said "कल ही तो दिए थे "
12. Transport payment was Rs. 700 as mentioned in voucher but he was asking Rs. 2100 which was settled later.
13. Our bus was at 6 PM but it was asked to vacate the room at 11 AM.
14. The dining place has no handwash place, low light, very untidy, congested place.

Room are not clean charging plug are damaged dinner is not a good bathroom is durty nal is liking service is not good and not get a room service properly hotele is good looking outside but not good service inside

Review

Manager is really rude. He has no idea how to manage hotel. You can easily get better hotel at cheap prices near this location or old manali. There is nothing good about this hotel - Mess, Room, Staff, Food, Location, or View.
