In view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, there are process and house rules by the property to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests and staff. Key points include:
• All guests are required to wear face masks in public areas and to sanitise or wash their hands frequently. Masks will be available for purchase at the Front Desk.
•Rooms can now be provided on single, double or triple occupancy, at the corresponding rates. During the current pandemic, this facility may be amended based on guidelines from government authorities in the future.
• Visitors will not be allowed on guest floors in order to maximise safety.
• Temperature checks will be conducted every time a guest, staff or vendor enters the property. Should the temperature be higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath, entry to the property will be denied and the guest will be provided with the details of the nearest hospital or healthcare facility.
• Guests are requested to download the Aarogya Setu mobile application for their and others safety and are advised not to visit containment zones.
• At the time of check-in, guests will be required to submit a self-declaration form and share their travel history for the 20 days prior to arrival.
• A complete set of house rules will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email, prior to and on arrival, which must be strictly adhered while on the premises.
• Management reserves the rights of admission and refusal of service for guests not following social distancing, cleanliness and hygiene norms and the house rules.
The property age policy as follows:
• Children under 6 years of age (only up to two children) stay for free if using existing bed and will receive breakfast free of charge.
• Extra bed is required with additional charge for one additional children below 6 years and/or for one children between 6 - 12 years of age and they will be charged half the adult price for breakfast.
• For two children above 6 years of age, an additional room must be booked.
On account of new regulations, until further notice, all Food and Beverage services are limited to set/select menus. Please note, buffet services are also temporarily discontinued.
As per instructions from the Government authorities regarding the containment of COVID-19, the property are closing the swimming pools, gymnasiums and spas across all our hotels, till further notice.
Operation and timings of all food and beverage outlets, the business centre and meeting facilities will be defined by the property, and can be confirmed at the Front Desk.
