We checked in at 9:00 pm after long drive . Had to check out within 10 minutes. Why ? Check out the picture .  
Sanitized toilet with cigarettes buds , used hawai chappals as room slipper.,  Broken light lamp with risky electric wire , and  So much more. I never recommend to anyone. 

Horrible nightmare 😫

Hotel is too far from city. This is basically highway hotel not recommended for family. AC and TV are only for show, both are not in working. Images shown on Internet are not correct, it shows neat and clean but actually its too much messy. There are too many Columbidae who made nest in windows and their wings were spread all over. Most terrible service received, there's no hot water, they are saying 24 hours hot water but actually no hot water available in the morning and afternoon as well. Very poor and slow service by staff. Takes too much time for providing service inspite on multiple reminders. Which caused delay in my other schedule of sight seeing of Jhodhpur. Food quality is ok. Reception staff is arrogant.

Overall not recommended. You may spoil your day and vacation.

The money is taken by the aircondiner room but the service does not provide for a simple room as well as the staff does not speak well.

Poor Services

Hotel is listing in OYO, booked through OYO & made payment, hotel denied checking due to low price, I have family with me & mid night no option to search & choose another place. OYO service is pathetic, no response. Mid night I had to search & find another place for my family with 2 years old kid with me. Never book this hotel.

We stayed one night here. Rooms and bathrooms are okay. But the blankets/quilts were dirty. Hot water facility is very good. Food is poor. They served parathas without any subzi for breakfast. Poha was there. That's all. Location wise it is far away from the city. It is not value for money I felt. For the money they charge, they need to improve upon cleanliness and service.

Okay, comfortable, but not  a great place

I was skeptical as to what the hotel had to offer....But to my surprise the rooms were a delight to stay in....Nice clean spacious rooms and the bathroom toilets were clean and spacious too..

The staff and the recpetion was very understanding and cooperative ....The hotel is at jaipur jodhpur bypass ie. a little away from main city but the stay was surprisingly good...

I just had one issue that the breakfast menu was not up to the mark , it can be upgraded and could include other items too....I hope the hotel staff works on that area too....

Overall I would like to visit the hotel again ....

Better than expected

Jodhpur JS regency - Rooms are not cleaned , red  stains bedsheets , some body else used towels ..and the reception was saying super deluxe  room - oyo rooms and this is the condition. Worst in the toilet somebody has passed the stools and it was not flushed  and is this is is the quality of rooms booked by Rajan for us ...location as usual on NH where there is nothing around....

Location - Bad nothing around
Cleanliness - Zero..rooms are not cleaned , towels , bedsheets not changed
Restaurant - average not much options

Hotel is very far from city and not very clean pieces Beedies found at hotel room. No mirror at bedroom.
We have taken dinner at hotel it is moderate a vegetarian restaurant there was difference of prices found as per menu card and the bill paid. When asked about the difference of prices they said that they are going to change it on there menu card later.

One night experience at JS Residency

Booked it on the fly for 3 families. Not aware of the exact location, this is far from city.
But the food is good and ambience is very well.
2 Rooms he given in the tower, and the other one around the garden, which is Pathetic- Check the room before occupying.
