Hotel rooms are so beautiful, u can see nature view from the room

Best hotel

Rooms are big and location is also near main road. No staff to look after. No cleanliness in room and other areas. Very less occupancy during our stay. It becomes scary to live in hotel in night as you don't see any one. My plan was with BF but they provided from outside so by the time I got tea it was cold. Staff is local and no way knows how to talk to customer. Other day, tea was brought in morning in plastic ploy-thin bag which was surprising. Couldn't get hot water.  I got to know Hotel Mgt got change over and they are planning renovation. If that is case, then they should not take booking. I think they love bad ratings

Worst management, pathetic services, not deserve a single star. 
Staff managing the place are not at all ready to entertain any of the guests request. Rooms are very dirty, in washrooms the fitments don’t work properly. Water keeps running out often. Food is also not worth eating. Strongly say don’t book this place it’s a sham. 

Waste of time and money

First of all this hotel is worst. Because they don't know how to manage the hotel . I called reception for water bottle he was gave after 15-20 min because i called 3_4 times and hot water not coming in bathroom. I need sleepers i called reception boy they was not provided me. When i was sleeping. hotel staff unlocked the door and came my room this is called manage. they don't know which room is occupied or vacant .this hotel not safe for us after that i told Mr shubham manager of this hotel this is not safe hotel any one came in the room. My planned was morning checked out but this behavior i was checked out 22:00 on night and changed the hotel.  This hotel 3 star ratings not deserve  my money and time both wasted.please anyone don't go this hotel.

NOT FOR SAFE...

While we were on our way to the Hotel from Mumbai, I got a call from OYO saying there is a maintenance issue with the Hotel, so they will have to shift the booking to another Hotel which was 3 km away. I booked this hotel because there was a wedding in the same premises so that it is convenient to attend it. Thankfully after spending sometime with MMT over the phone, the booking was not shifted. There were mosquitoes at the reception area. The AC in the room was not cooling. After multiple complains, we were told that this is the best the AC could do and all the rooms in the Hotel r same. Then the jet spray in the toilet stopped functioning. Then the flush stopped functioning. When we went for breakfast, we were told "We have run out of aloo for Aloo Ka Paratha. the guy who was gonna make Poha hasn't come. All we have is bread and some vegetables so we will make a sandwich." Horrible.

An unpleasant experience.

It’s a terrible experience would never recommend anyone, room service worst, staff just want to cheat even after giving one price they tend to overcharge overall horrible experience, unprofessional,unethical.
