Hopeless service. Bad Staff Bad service Bad wash rooms cheating all customers. Never visit in this Hotel. One of the worst rooms and services. It's request to all friends never book this Hotel in free of cost also. We have got two rooms @ Rs. 4000.00 each. We have spend Rs. 8000.00 for two rooms. No Intercom available in this Hotel everything is worst.

One of the worst experience with this Hotel in my life.

I have book one room for family. They already taken advance money.after check in ,pathatic condition of room found.eveywhere dusty bad, chair found.toilet also dirty.food quality is very poor.
We decided to quit immediately.
After cancellation Rs.1000/- not return which is taken as advance.
First time in life worst experience feel in daman.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at . Horrible old run down place with horrible rooms , terrible breakfast options, uncouth staff . 

The rooms were smelly,  looked like a hostel room with bad plastic chairs and government hospital type bed and to top it all there was no water in the bathroom in the morning . When I went to the reception to tell then one guy who was sleeping only said that the water will come in some time. 

Don’t go to this place even if it’s free 

Horrible hotel 

Nice place to visit with family n friends, food was delicious and excellent never ate such kind of tasty food even in Mumbai, the Cook's are great,the staff was also nice n decent,A must visit place if ur in Daman.

Hotel summer house nice place

Well, this is an old property with old and big empty rooms, hotel has lot of open space park, open bar and restro inside but rooms are the lacking point, bed is not comfortable, no lift, close to beach, in low budget. Can stay if have budget constraint.

Spaciois rooms, calm place and cheap too

It was a good place but 3 times in the night lights were out sadly there was no backup generator and loads of mosquito's killed me ...food was good and the staff was ok too ...one bottle of water was free ...

Main APPROACH ROAD UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND NOT AVAILABLE. Alternative route takes 30 mins more drive to reach the hotel. 

I had booked a cottage for 4 Adult and 1 children. 
It was 2 bedroom in it and they have provide us 2 extra mattress bed. Had to change cottage because of non availability of Warm water. Interior furniture was old and worn out. Lots of masquitos but it can be expected and accepted as it was in open area.

Nice behavior of Staff. 
Very peaceful and open environment. 
Food and tea is awesome. 


Economical and peaceful stay, Approach road not available 

This hotel has a well manicured lawn, and that's the only good part, The rest of the property has a lot of fixing to be done, There are spacious cottages build around the garden but they require overhauling completely.

The good part is that they allow pets and that's the only savior in Daman. They have build a new wing with good bathrooms but again they are not maintained well.

The staff is good but the service again is desirable.

Only Pet friendly place in Daman

We stayed here for 2 night during Diwali 2017.  Their cottages are with really big rooms and big bathroom. They have nice big lawn where you can sit or play with kids and pet. 
Best part about them is they let you keep you dog with you. Many pet lovers come here from far places are us.  
Room service is good. 
Beaches in daman are not good. 

Very nice resort to stay with family and pet

for me this hotel is awesome place to stay with friends or family because this is awesome place with big garden large cottage rooms then good parking facility and many more at reasonable price even the staff is also good and kind and helpfull all were nice and really good for me hotel summer is the only reason to visit in daman because there you will get everything no noise pollution no traffic no public rush decent people and nice weather with large area and Mr jigar makand is also nice person he help us there when we stay there this weekend even it was the best trip with my friends they liked the hotel so much i almost stayed in this hotel more than 6 times and jigar sir always there to help each and every guest.
