Aajol-The Village Homestay

Me and my family stayed in Aajol Village home stay for six days from 17 nov till 22 nov. my family really enjoyed the home and the garden with a beautiful view. It was very homely experience and we liked everything about the Aajol. The owners of the property have planted various trees like Amla, Chiku, Mango, Medicinal plants etc. very diligently. There are also very beautiful flowering plants here. The caretaker & his family live here. They take care of you just like at home. Breakfast, Tee, Lunch, Dinner (Veg. / nonveg.) are made as per demand & choice. My daughter became very good friends with their little ones. This is the first time we have seen Popti (Popti is a traditional get together food party-bbq style) They put different vegetables & vaal shenga (legumes) in a clay pot with masala lounge, put banana leaves and medicinal leaves inside around the pot and close it. The pot is then turned upside down and set on fire with wood on the sides. After a certain time, they are taken out of the pot and the vegetables inside are grown hot. These foods are absolutely delicious. All the process is done in the garden at night in the cold weather. So, we enjoyed a lot. Another thing we drank here for the first time was a syrup made from the flowers of Gokarna & Jaswant. Very very testy Sarbat. Thank you very much Aajol for giving this Unforgettable experience. All in all, a Very good experience. So any guest want to rewind, rejuvenate then head straight to Aajol Village home stay. You will fill relaxed. We guarantee you that you won’t be disappointed.
