Great Hotel,good views from the third floor, a lift, comfy beds,hot shower,kettle(most important) and the safe and air con  are included.
It's in a great location for a wander into town,the bus station for the beaches and airport is a minute away, no need for a taxi. The staff are friendly and helpful . We enjoyed our stay and will return when we fancy a stay in Skiathos.


We came to Skiathos in September to stay in The Avaton Hotel due to it looking like a boutique hotel, how a photo can lie, really rundown and generally not very clean! Definitely not what we’d paid €1900 for. So disgusted by the experience there that we checked out when we found the lovely little Xanemos Studios right in the heart of Skiathos Town. The owner was very kind and showed us a room which was very authentic Greek, spotless clean and a view to die for with our own balcony.  It is basic but very clean and reasonably priced for the location. Small family run hotel/studios, very friendly. Would return without hesitation. Thank you for rescuing our holiday in beautiful Skiathos.

Nice accomodation in Skiathos town where everything is accessible on foot. Friendly and helpful staff who fullfilled a request we had about our room and also offered to keep our luggage on our last day after the check-out. Nice and clean room equipped with TV, A/C and kitchen utilities. 
Very good price for what they offer!

My first visit to Skiathos and I couldn’t have enjoyed the island more. Airplane take offs and landing, then there’s the huge choice of places to eat.
Now for Xanemos. Got out the taxi to be greeted with a hug from the owner. The room was incredibly clean and had everything I needed. I stayed in room 404, the balcony gave great views, especially of planes landing. Then later on as the sun passed over there’s a shared veranda to catch some rays later on. I had this to myself the whole holiday. I’ve been privileged to go to to some great places but, in all honestly this is right up there.

Booked knowing it was in Skiathos town and for the fantastic price we paid we weren’t expecting much but we were so pleased with what we got. 

Communication before travelling was amazing and they gave us a top floor room with balcony which had amazing views overlooking the harbour and odd plane coming into land. 

The staff were more than lovely and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are basic but more than needed including small kitchenette with fridge and hobs. Spar supermarket 5 mins from hotel for all the essentials.

Two minutes from main bus stop and near many shops and restaurants.

Couldn’t fault this gem of a hotel and hope to be back very soon.

We have stayed at these Studios for a night last year and it was that good we went back this year, they are run by a lovely family, the place is really clean and in a fantastic location, I would recommend these Studios and I would go back again, thank you for a wonderful stay.

My 81 year old mother has just returned from her first 'solo' trip abroad and stayed at Studio Xanemos. She has had an absolutely wonderful time, made possible by the kind family that own and operate the apartments.The apartment had everything she needed, including the kettle and fridge. She really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in an evening to watch the sun go down or on occasion watching the lightning and listening to the thunder. She would love to go back to Xanemos, and happily gives an "excellent" review. I would also like to thank Emily and her mother for their kind considerations and ensuring my mother had a happy holiday.   

Great budget accommodation - clean en-suute rooms with aircon and a very convenient lift. Very comfortable beds, fridge and free safe.  Top tip - remove metal card from key ring and leave in electric slot to ensure aircon & fridge remain on when you're out.  Balcony overlooks the port and great bakery/cafe next door for breakfast and takeaway pies for a day at the beach. A 1 min walk from 'bus stop 0' which goes to/from the airport (€3) and also takes you across the island. Highly recommended if you just need a 'no frills' base

very basic accommodation close to town, view is onto main road which is quite noisy but we don't mind that just for a few nights although wouldn't like to stay more than that.  Staff were nice too ;)

Clean rooms and great location. Probably too noisy in high season,but in late September was exactly what we needed for good vacation.
There is a sea view from the balcony, it is minute away from the port, and bus station is in front of the hotel, so you just have to pick the beach and enjoy :)
