Absolutely amazing stay in Santorini! The property is stunning, spotless, and the views are breathtaking. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making everything effortless. Perfect location, perfect stay – I highly  recommend it!

We arrived at the airport and were warmly welcomed by Francesco, who took us to Katharos Villas. Having visited Santorini twice before, we specifically sought a place offering stunning sunset views and easy access to the center of Oia—and we found both!

Our villa was conveniently located right next door to our dear friends, making it perfect for our group. The villa itself was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and both Francesco and Alessandro went above and beyond to meet all our needs. The peaceful location, combined with our private pool, made for a truly relaxing stay.

Our stay included a light breakfast, coffee, bottled water in the fridge, laundry service, and round-trip transport from the airport/port. We were also offered transportation into Oia (with a bottle of their own Italian wine), and they highly recommended a private catamaran tour of the island, which we absolutely loved!

The location at the top of Ammoudi Bay was ideal, with a few charming waterfront dining options just a short walk/drive (provided for free from the waterfront restaurants) away.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, intimate getaway, I highly recommend Katharos Villas.

I visited here with my family soon after the season opened on the island.  I booked direct via their website to take advantage of the private airport transfer and daily breakfast included.  

I loved the accommodation, the position of the villas is down the hill from the main town so it was really quiet after dark.  Rooms are lovely, comfy beds, plenty of wardrobe space, lots of information available on things to do and places to eat.  

Breakfast each day was plentiful and lovely, a great choice to be had and reserved ahead of eating the next day.

Friendly staff and our hosts arranged a reservation in the marina for lunch and had a wonderful time and lovely food.

We stayed in the villa in the main photo so had a lovely view of the sunset every evening.  A lovely view of the far side of the main island and the tiny islands off the coast while in the swimming pool was a lovely thing.

I would recommend a hire car (compact) unless you have a need to walk up the hill to the main town - a good 15-20 minutes.  You can visit the marina walking down the hill and there is a third party free minibus service which drops you at the villas.

If you need an escape from the hustle bustle of daily life then I would recommend without hesitation

The villas are exceptional, and Alex and Francesco provided outstanding hospitality. The location is ideal, offering convenient walking access to Oia village while maintaining a peaceful distance from tourist congestion. The villa is well-appointed, impeccably clean, and comfortably accommodates a family of four to five. The private pool and sun loungers enhanced the experience, particularly for children.

Amazing time. Alex and his crew were amazing and highly accommodating. It is a family run business. I’m glad to have given them business and will most definitely return. 

The villas come with kitchen and large upper and lower bedrooms. The bathrooms were specious. 

I recommend obtaining a car and driving around Santorini’s beach’s and beach clubs for sun set. The area is walkable, but with a car you can get to see so much in a short time span.

Amazing spot to stay in Oia! A quick free shuttle takes you right down to Ammoudi Bay for dinner. The villas are away from all the crowds and the staff is amazing. Breakfast was excellent every morning and the villas are all extremely well kept. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing stay in Santorini!

We were at an AirBNB on an extended holiday at a different area on the island.  We have a 11 years old and 17 years old teens that was craving a pool.  Kathros Villa exceeded our expectation in every way.  Spacious, clean, professional and friendly service paired with unbelievable setting of Oiq hills. Alex and his brother met us with incredible service and everyone had an incredible time.  You won’t be disappointed !

The villas are beautifully designed—spacious, spotless, and perfectly perched to offer sweeping views of the Aegean. Waking up to those views and enjoying our private pool felt like a dream.

A huge thank you to Alex and Francesco, who were always around, discreetly maintaining the property to the highest standard. They cleaned the pool regularly—sometimes even more than once a day—and looked after the villas so well while we were out exploring. Their presence was reassuring, and they were always friendly and helpful without ever being intrusive.

A lovely surprise each morning was the delicious homemade muffins—warm, fresh, and the perfect way to start the day. It’s those small, thoughtful touches that made this stay feel truly special.

Located just a short distance from the peaceful Katharos Beach and close to the charm of Oia, Katharos Villas offered the best of both worlds: privacy, comfort, and convenience.

Katharos Villas offer a peaceful and luxurious escape with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Just a short walk from Oia’s center, they strike the perfect balance between seclusion and convenience. The villas are modern, spacious, and clean, with private pools and hot tubs for relaxing in comfort. The staff is friendly and attentive.

The people at Katharos were very responsive leading up to our trip and even when we had to cancel due to a family emergency they were very accommodating given our circumstance and we are now planning to stay here when we resume our trip later this year. Great response time and customer service.

there are two type kahve machine and Caffé capsule, milk mixer, tea hotcup, bread, eggs, fruit  2 big water.

Too close to oia center.
There are enough car parking.
Safe area..
