Fantastic hotel right on the harbour. 
Big breakfest, Great beds and from the front, the big veuw over the harbour.
Just love the place. Visited several times, and will be back asap. The host is more than friendly and helpfull in any cases

We stayed four nights in here. Rooms were clean and tidy.  Hotel staff was very kind and helpful.  The breakfasts were delicious.  The hotel is at the center of Pythagorion.  The street in front of the hotel was crowded all night but not noisy or disturbing.  We will also stay in Polyxeni on our next visit. 

This was our second stay at this hotel in two years.  It is perfectly located on the waterfront amongst restaurants and cafes.  We had two rooms, one with a balcony overlooking the waterfront and one overlooking the garden.  Both were very clean with comfortable beds and good air conditioning.   The staff were always polite and willing to assist.  The breakfast was  plentiful and delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice for every guest.  We had an early day trip by boat on one day and they accommodated us with an earlier breakfast.  We can’t wait to return to Samos where we will surely stay here again.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the port.  We needed a place to stay in Pythagorio to transition ferries, so we only had 2 nights to stay.  It was a clean comfortable room.  We were above the cafes and tavernas, but did not hear the noise once we closed the balcony door.  Everyone on the desk was friendly and helpful.  The breakfast was very good with fresh orange juice.  We will stay here again if our travels bring us back to Pythagorio.

This hotel was a nice hotel, serves rich breakfast to its guests. You may find fresh orange juice as well. Whenever we came to our room it smells like a garden full of flowers. Very clean. Location is wonderful. I highly recommend you to stay at this hotel.

Polyxeni is a perfect example of a cosy, clean, charming and affordable family-owned hotel. We stayed in for two weeks, occupying a two-beds room with a balcony looking towards the garden. Our first impression was that the room is a bit small, however, as the time went by we figured that we actually have everything we need. Also, the fact that the room overlooks the garden made us sleep better as all the noice from the many taverns is on the side overlooking the sea. The bed is very comfortable, the rooms are being thoroughly cleaned every day. Breakfast is very good as well, especially the fresh 100% orange juice that we look forward to every morning. We would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pythagorion. All best!

We booked sea view rooms.  Had a few leisurely beers on the balcony in the evening watching the yachts park up. Lovely. Bedroom and bed a good size. Ensuite / shower a bit tight but adequate. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast plentiful and Greek yoghurt yum! Highly recommended. 

Really the ONLY thing I'd say negatively about this place is the size of the room and, especially, the bathroom.   We were there for several days, and the size was pretty confining.    But the location is fantastic: right over the main promenade and harbor.   No worry about noise, either, since the brand new a/c allowed us to close the doors at night.  The staff was wonderfully helpful, providing beach towels and morning cappuccinos.
