The staff at Crown Apartamento made my trip feel like I was at a home away from home.  The staff are professional and efficient and responded to each and every request in a timely and friendly manner.The only downside is that the hotel needs to perform some much needed updating of the facilities but despite that everything was kept clean and the service was outstanding.  The location is also ideal and within close proximity to the City and the Accra Mall. There are also outstanding local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

First and foremost, given a previous post here about the staff, I want to say I had only the best experience with each and every one of the staff members at Crown Apartamento.  From helping me change our reservation on the last day, to making sure my son had his burger made just right each time due to his dietary constraints, to the shared moment (albeit with a disappointing result!) of watching Usain Bolt's last race, the staff were friendly, accommodating, and more than willing to help out where needed.  

The pool was a godsend for my son as he made good use of it through the week.  The room itself had comfortable beds in separate rooms, a fridge, stove, sink, and a family room area with plenty of room.  The A/C worked plenty well although it's true it could get a noisy.  I found it more of a white noise, though, as we both slept very well.  We didn't watch TV so I can't speak for that.  We did use the WiFi a lot and, yes, it could at times be frustratingly slow.  The fridge kept food cold and the freezer kept frozen foods frozen so I'm not sure what other expectations to have.  I did not use the stove.  The shower had good water pressure and the linens and towels were more than acceptable.

We ate many times at the hotel restaurant and found the food quite good.  I did not stop by for the breakfast.   One thing I wouldn't mind here is maybe a special or two to liven up the menu.  The grounds themselves were immaculate and on late afternoons in the breeze, it was very relaxing.  

I found the location to be a good match for our tastes.  It was in a quiet neighborhood, with a road of varied stalls a short walk away to pick up whatever you might need or had forgotten (e.g. chargers, pens, paper towels, water, etc.)  There are at least two restaurants within walking distance that I ate at: The Gold Coast Restaurant and Azmera.  The latter had a large buffet of West African food that worked well as quick dive into local cuisine.  There was someone selling phone credits daily just a couple blocks south that helped quite a bit.  Finally, while I didn't use either service, taxis were frequently parked outside and a trotros regularly made their way up the street.

I would definitely stay here again.  We both enjoyed our stay at Crown Apartamento.

we really enjoyed our stay and the fact that we could cook whatever we wanted was amazing...... the location of the apartment isn't bad at all, wish we could have stayed a little longer. i love the fact that the premises is peaceful and serene, also love the fact that there are lots trees which makes the place looks exquisite.... they also have a lovely pool just that my husband and i didnt get a chance to swim cux of shedule..... in short it crown apartamento hotel is a place to be

Did not have half of the things that was stated on booking .com no hairdryer no safe had to ask for pots  and pans and utensils and the food was terrible was charged for extra tea and coffee and in the bathroom the baths were so stained and terrible marks on them 

Holiday 

Hotel room was dirty and smelly & bathroom was very unclean. The bed was uncomfortable and covered in dust. There were cockroachs in the room and and a couple of baby lizards. They charged extra 20 dollars for extra person and when we requested for extra bedsheets we recived towels. The driver was an hour late collecting us from the airport even though we discussed all flight delays with the hotel. Food was not nice at all
