A&C Hotel Hannover

I have nothing but praise for the hospitality and kindness shown by the owners and staff of this family run hotel. We arrived from the UK and stayed for a few weeks with my partner. Because we stayed a lot longer than most guests, we got a good booking deal. Confirmation was made over the phone and email. The hotel is about 12 minutes walking distance from the main coach and rail station. The large main shopping center is also nearby, where you can find everything under the sun including many eateries, so it's at a convenient location. Lovely Mediterranean restaurant nearby. Our double bedroom was cosy and clean. The beds although seemed small sized, were the most comfortable we ever slept on! Great for travellers who need a much needed rest. The bathroom was very nice and sanitised everyday. The towels and bins replenished everyday, just before midday. Bedsheets were replaced regularly. The rooms and lobby were very quiet with hardly any disturbance. Free Wifi was uninterrupted and very fast. Breakfast was decent. Loved the Vanilla flavoued tea and ommelette. Fruit was very, very good. The staff were very attententive to our needs and provided us with everything that we asked for if it was available. Their staff member named 'Maya' was especially wonderful, always smiling! She even made us a complimentary meal. The owner's son was very helpful too and recommended us great places to eat at nominal prices. The owner is a kindhearted and friendly man. Thankyou for a memorable stay!
