If you ever wondered what it is like to sleep in an Ikea Showroom, this is the place to stay.
No atmosphere at all in the room, the bed was so bad we had to turn the mattress, not to mention the dust under the bed. The curtains with big white stripes so that the light from the house opposite lid up the room all night long.
Housekeeping was way below of what I expect especially the toilet.

I was on a business trip to Greifswald, that's what it's for. 

Very close to the train station (max. 10min walk), market place also max. 10min walk away.
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was good. Bathroom was also clean and fine. 
The hotel seemed quiet, but you can hear other guests well at least in the corridor, but I didn't hear anything at night.
I didn't use breakfast and parking.
Would book it again.

Good and quiet location

We stayed here for 3 nights in a double room. The room was quite small, more than a double bed, cabinet and small desk didn't fit in. So was a small bathroom with shower. The furnishings and look have gotten a little old, you feel the (early) nineties. Breakfast was ok, there were also warm things like rye and bacon (which didn't look very attractive). It's a 3-star hotel, you can't expect more here either. I had booked directly at the hotel, 94 euros a night (including breakfast) + 5 euros a day for parking, from my point of view (too much money) for what's being offered here. The location is ok, and it's not far from Zob and don't look very attractive.

All right, but not exciting.

Unfortunately, you have to give a star here. The breakfast is apparently made up of the rest of the week's EQUALITY and LOVE!!! The young brown lady from the evening shift is hardly out of the ordinary. Nice answers, no nice words of greeting or a smile. Besides, the house is incredibly bright. When my neighbor closed the drawer, I fell out of bed. Absolutely not to recommend!!!

The hotel is an old villa. The rooms are clean and modern furnished. The breakfast room is brightly designed. The breakfast is ok. The service is good. The hotel offers a good starting point to walk into the city centre. The zoo is just around the corner, the park as well.

Nice and quiet location, close to the city centre, zoo around the corner.

Despite previous email agreements and repeated phone calls before arrival, there was no promised gluten-free breakfast, no one reportedly agreed, no effort to get anything, even though the flyer at the front desk promises to take care of people with food intolerances, we are two people with celiac disease.

I'm in Greifswald for business and happened to come across this hotel. For business trips it's great. The breakfast is excellent and the price of 50 euros a night is also true. But I would have liked a closet anyway. The staff is friendly and friendly. For families or for private I would not recommend the double room in the basement, as it seems a little sad. So, a total of 3 points.

Stayed there for one night, parking in the courtyard, very friendly reception and efficient check in. The cold beer was very welcome as Greifswald hat real Florida temperatures. Rooms are nice although we had a real tiny bathroom, but all amenities were there.
Rooms to the cobblestone street are a bit noisier, than the rooms on the other side.
Breakfast is in a very tasteful decorated room on the groundfloor. looks really like a 5 start hotel.
Hotel is a 10 min walk to the main square and close to the railway station.
