This hotel was a wonderful surprise. Located in the middle of the forest, it was clearly in touch with nature. The young man on reception (who also served us at dinner) was extremely welcoming. He was justifiably proud of the delicious Corsican food and wine he served. Our room was really nicely decorated and had obviously benefited from a lot of thought. The breakfast, a mix of breads, local ham and cheese, jams and yogurt was exceptional. The instruments in one of the rooms told us we were unfortunate to miss one of the weekly musical evenings!
