For 47€, it's a good price for a ride to Dax, near the train station, parking, simple but proper lunch, soundproofing isn't at the top, very nice house, I recommend for a short stay.

Very good price ratio

We booked a night in this hotel, and we were very welcome, but that's it. For 80€ a night we expected to have a room at a minimum correct. The shower joints are moody, the bed is tiny. At the rigors for only one night we could not have made our difficult until the maid came and woke us at 11am) to tell us to leave allowing herself to be beaten and RENTRED! 😅 has hair in my bed with my spouse, nice wake up... We will come back again, it's a shame we are often on Dax...

It's not terrible.

We had booked at the last minute to go to a family event. We were one in one family. The hotel was kind enough to book us a floor. In addition, we were able to order a food basket that turned out to be very good and very spacious, with even the possibility of a vegetarian option. The rooms are not very charming but very comfortable. Possibility to park his car. An excellent hotel, with an unexpectedly high price ratio near a train station.

Very welcoming

Hotel ideally located in front of the train station. The reception is pleasant and professional. The manager was very organized and allowed me to take my room before the scheduled time, which I very much enjoyed because I was very busy. Big surprise when I entered the room: it is much better than in the pictures of Booking.com! Same for the bathroom. The room is spacious. Cleanliness is impeccable. Good cleanliness. On the other hand, Johnson's literacy is very bad, we can hear conversations from the neighbouring rooms, but with balls I slept without problems despite the neighbors who had the perfect price after midnight... In any case, despite this concern, I found that the report once was really delicious and the restaurant was very nice, and I always had a very nice restaurant, a very nice restaurant and a very nice dining room.

That's a great value for money.

So after reading all the reviews I was reluctant to book this hotel for one night... but finally we were more than satisfied.. I don't understand the comments of most people! Hey the gas you think staying in a hotel at - from 50€ a night and having the standing of a 4 star?!?!? Finally briefly it overwhelms me to see this! For my part the hotel is simple and well placed, the room is more than perfectly equipped, good bedding and clean.. bathroom is more than perfect! The toilets are sanitizers indeed this is a noisy welcome.. but be aware that at this price for most of the hotels it is a common bathroom.. from its entrance (from the railway station) the hotel is very quiet and there is a lot of room in the hotel. So when we have a lot of room in the hotel, we can hear a lot of noise!

Stop on the way!

Old room, poorly insulated and uncomfortable mattresses. Humidity in the bathroom. Walls too thin, making it impossible to sleep with the noise of the neighbors.

I also recommend the hotel's restaurant c is very cozy and really... very good, I ate a specialty the strawberry lines with homemade gravlax salmon, a tarama with coral bears in the entrance, it was how to say... wonderful a great address discovery for really cheap (less than 30 euros with a glass of wine), the service is fast and really very pleasant I left a good one for myself. A good address that I mark in my have done again.

Stage of a night in Dax that will be a bad memory: suffocating temperature in the room, no air conditioning or ventilator. Mosquitoes present when we arrive in the bathroom and the bedroom without mosquito nets or products available (we had to claim a bomb at the reception) Old bathroom (toilet without curtains or walls) Bad soundproofing... Yes, the price is attractive, but there is probably better at Dax.

We went to this hotel despite bad reviews. Actually, it was a good welcome. Good renovated rooms with taste. Flawless linens. Sure, a little noise on the street level but the glass berries in front of the doors and windows of the rooms are getting good. You have to eat absolutely at the restaurant (fan house) on the ground floor excellent and well served. Very fresh products well worked. All at the most competitive price. If we go back to Dax I take this hotel back with this restaurant.

It's a nice surprise.

I stayed for 2 weeks as a professional, the hyper unpleasant and rude boss who responds with a lot of contempt and arrogance. Regarding the room service the housekeeper does not pass and when she passes (at last...) she does not even empty the garbage bags. Fortunately the restaurant is very good and the host is very friendly and warm!
