La Maison Du Hérisson

In the middle of the village of Fuissé, surrounded by vineyards we stayed here for 4 nights and dined in the restaurant L'O des Vignes and in the Bar a vin both belonging to Sebastian Chambru(see the reviews). La maison du herisson is a unique place to stay, you enter through a courtyard and into the huge kitchen dining room which is very modern. Upstairs is a lovely comfortable sitting room and each bedroom is individually designed and has character, we stayed in a large double with ensuite that overlooked the courtyard. The breakfast was prepared at a time to suit us, by the owner Sebastian, the whole experience was calm, comfortable and discreet. I would definitely return.
