The stay at the hotel exceed our expectations. The customer service in all parts: reception, restaurant, room, sauna was excellent. Eventhough it is average rated hotel (three stars) I felt that all customers were welcomed very warmly, better than in many higher greated hotels in Finland. We had our dog with us and he got a surprise goodie bag, a bowl for food and also was heartily welcomed. We also can recommed the restaurant, especially local food was sth to mention. A very good breakfast and probably the best hotel morning porridge for months for me. If you have a change, try the Pekka Heikkinen Bakery tar bread - amazingly delicious! Beds great and selection of pillows good, good curtains to keep the room dark. Good parking hall.
