I spend 4 nights in the hotel, and enjoyed my stay. The airport shuttle picked me up and took me to the hotel free of charge as it was agreed. I reserved a single room but it wasn't available upon my arrival, so they put me in a twin room but for the price of a single room. That was really kind and fair! The hotel is located a bit off town, so if you really want to just walk around (in the actually perfectly walkable, charming and relaxed town), I do not advise you to stay here. The local bajaj will take you though to the center in 10 mins, so its not a big deal really. I enjoyed coming back to the hotel as the room was comfortable, very clean, amazing hot shower, and good wifi! The staff are kind, though It felt for me they are not the best in giving recommendations- so you better prepare ahead or find a local guide (which of course can be facilitated by the hotel). The restaurant serves good food, the breakfast was included and it was also tasty, quick and fresh.
