Majestic Elegance Punta Cana - All Inclusive

We had a fabulous time at the Majestic Elegance. We stayed club level and it was so worth it. ALBERTO was our butler for our stay and was the best! He kept us in the loop on the happenings and changes due to it being low season. He checked on us daily in one form or another. Usually in person. He was there if we had any kind of issue, had questions or just to say hi. He made our Anniversary extra special. Staying in low season has its perks but you do trade off with all things not being open and some weather challenges. To us, it’s worth it for the small crowds. The resorts combine some activities and restaurant openings. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We always seen maintenance being done. Housekeeping was hit or miss. Some days our room was made up very well and some days it didn’t look like it was complete. It was clean but not finished. We did the Oasis Silver Experience for our anniversary. I want to preface this by saying that they allowed us to change it from Thursday to Friday because of the torrential rain on Thursday and I expect the change didn’t make it down to the folks who are responsible for the experience. We wouldn’t do this again due to several issues we encountered during this experience. BUT between Alberto and Joel (who works at the club pools) got it on track for us and turned it around to a positive experience. We were charged for the included massages by the spa but Alberto got that worked out for us on check out. Any issue was always worked out seamlessly. After reading some people’s reviews they talk about how the people who work here are like family and I didn’t understand until we experienced the people and their friendliness. We will be back!
